This game seems to have promise. Great art. The overall premise is cool. But as others have said, it varies between progressing quickly and a slow grind. There are also several things that seem like quest hooks, but dead end.
I would suggest that the author plot out the whole game and the follow that plot.

In the cafe where you have a job, drink. Get drunk. Then go to the abandoned house and the bum rapes you. For some reason this increases your magical power. Go figure...

This thing needs to have a serious bug hunt and better marking of end of content at various locations.
Applied for the office job in the city and that appears to be a dead end waiting for mc to get entered into their system after a week.
Sex shop has one scene and now permanently seems to have a closed sign every time the mc comes back.
There's a red room... that does nothing.
The photo studio has a couple of sessions ending with the lewd photo shoot. Now it stays empty almost as if the guy skipped town after making his $500 cut.
Did the comicon cosplay first event. Now going to the nerd apt actually sends mc to the bus stop instead.
Can only seem to play magic basketball once and then it seems as if the entire sport got canceled.
Can only lift weights a few times and then the weight room seems to get repossessed for lack of funds.
Apparently the jogging path got redeveloped by scumbags who bribed the city to use emminent domain because mc can't jog anymore after getting groped by the old high school coach.
MC was all set to go back and kick tentacle boy's ass at level 2 with combat armor and all five spells learned and several potions. However she still chickens out before entering the mill.
The centaur camp still is stuck dealing with the goblin problem. However going to the orc camp after getting all Rambo'ed sends us back to the story arc for getting back to the academy the first time.

Got drunk, fucked the bum a few times, now he only appears to tell you to fuck off if you go there sober but doesn't appear at all if you go there drunk. Been to the centaur camp, been fucked now all I can do there is talk to Morgan. Goto farm, monster doesn't want to eat or breed and the farmer doesn't say anything except hello. Alchemy doesn't seem to do anything, defeated the tentacle beast, turned in head and awarded 10k which I spent half on upgrading the tavern.
Just don't seem to have anything to do now, can't do any training, got 4 skill points I can't spend on anything and still waiting for email about job in downtown.

Here's a walkthrough of the main quests:
Main quests:
Library quest 1: First quest you must defeat the hobo. When arousal is at maximum (100\100) you can use the Ultimate spell in one hit. Arousal grows when you sleep, sunbathing, drink alcohol or with lewd events.
Library quest 2: Learn fire spells in library - Magic lesson 1 - Take quest in library - Buy "combat outfit" in armory - Study "martial arts" (It is better to study "camouflage" here) - go to pierce - breakwater - to defeat grunt use sneak attack (+camouflage) then ultimate spell
Library quest 3: Complete magic test 2 - You need to destroy the tentacle monster at the old mill. - go to slums - secret door - fantasy world - old mill - witchhouse - summon Mimizu - attack old mill monster with Mimizu - go to Nerdo - go to Mr.White
