I mean, if I remember correctly, the MC is an only child, his mother is not mentioned (or out of the picture), and his father lands in jail during the start of the game.
The closest you get to any sort of incest in this game, is some "intimate moments" between MC's fiancée Theodora (Theo), her sister, and her mother, in some combination or another. Keep in mind, this only happens pretty late in the game, though.
