It obviously escaped your notice but tattoo's have changed somewhat since the millennium, these days black is black. You can even get black on black tattoos.
Also there's rarely any adverse reactions to tattoos at all if they're done with proper tools and ink and there is definitely no proven link to cancer. Considering how old the art is I think we would have noticed by now.
It's not done yet. I just posted some preview images on Patreon. The update on Patreon is:

I'm closer to 550 renders and 12 animations now but I still have a lot to do. I hope to have it out early next month.

My plan is to spend all weekend working on version 5 and fingers crossed it will be out early next week. My focus on version 5 was to get better at animating and while I still have a long way to go, I think I've made a lot of progress. I've also gone back and made some changes to version 1 (you're welcome to ignore them if you want).

- Music- I plan on adding music to the game (mutable if desired). That said finding "good" royalty-free music is very time-consuming.
- Sex Scenes- I would like to add more choice-based sex scenes similar in style to BaDIK. For instance, there will be an option for BJ, Pussy eating, or move-on then another menu with Cowgirl, Doggy, Missionary, or Cum then another for where you want to cum. My programming abilities aren't very strong so I want to be sure I understand the code well before I implement it.
- Looking Back- I'm debating revisiting earlier sex scenes and adding new animations and ultimately the previously mentioned choice system. All will be available in the scene gallery so no replaying will be required.
- Stand-alone Episodes- I have a couple of holiday-themed ideas that I would like to explore with the characters from The Coven. The stories will exist outside of the main game's timeline but maintain the same rules I have for The Coven (i.e. no verboten fetishes).

This looks like a lovely harem game in the making. I like the variety of ladies, though I hope there will not be sex scenes without the MC involved. Future tags look great as well.

The models and the idea of the story are nice but the beginning of it its like you get slaped 4 times have no idea whats happening and when you ask for answers you get slapped again...

Nice Update. I think the changes in V0.1 are very good, without changing too much it changes the tone completely.
The MC is not a drone anymore. He becomes a person. I recommend everybody who had a problem with that (I was one of them) to play it again and see if it is now good. In my opinion, it works.
The Story is now in a very good place as well, with different layers. Layer slice of live school game. Layer political drama and power struggles of the covens. Layer his sheer power over some women.
This story is fun and engaging. I never skipped the dialog.

As a one-man project, this is the way to go. Especially with your first project. When I think of some sandbox games who can't deliver even that.

I prefer it this way. In my Opinion, I have nothing from 4K renders with a lot of animation but only 1 update per year. I definitely prefer more updates, but therefore not the best possible renders. I am not a graphic whore.
It is a matter of taste, of course.
Writing all this down. I wonder what one man can achieve. In comparison to whole teams who deliver us one bland sandbox game after another.

I wanted to check out the game again after reading some comments that the dev has changed the game a bit compared to the first release I played.
I thought that MC supposedly got the opportunity to behave differently than in the first release when he was totally the last pussy who didn't care about his family lying to him all his life and that he just went along with everything and did what he was told without any objections, in addition the forced sex scenes where MC has no chance to say no were also a big minuse for me.
So i played again in last version 0.5 to see if MC finally got his balls back and can object or refuse the sexual act if he doesn't want to do it with the girl in question.
But unfortunately, in my opinion nothing or almost nothing has changed for the better and MC is still a character without any personality, who obediently as a dog performs all commands and agrees to everything without questioning what is going on around him, the same goes for for sexual scenes, in some cases he has the option to refuse but there are still scenes where he can't say no, and that doesn't suit me as a player because I want to control the MC and decide with whom he agrees to have sex with and with whom not.
To sum up, unfortunately I regret that in its current form it is not a game for me, which is a pity because the general outline of the plot is interesting, and the game has an incest in planed tags that I am a fan of, but unfortunately the game does not give me such control over MC behavior that I would accept and in my opinion, he is a character without any personality and the game now looks more like a kinetic novel than VN for me and I am rather a fan of VN where choices matter and where as a player I can control what MC does.

If you're taking opinions on the subject I'd advise against investing alot of time re-tweaking old content. I don't imagine many people care to go back and replay things for relatively minor tweaks so it's alot of time and effort for minimal payoff. If you feel strongly about it, save it til the main game is done.

I agree, this is a more kinetic novel and I absolutely see why it is not your thing. But you can turn down a girl completely, and I don't know if this decision will not alter the story later on. But this is speculation.
And if I think back to the early VNs I played like "Runaway City" that qualifies as VN.
He came to the conclusion to play a long. Which I think is reasonable in his situation.
He is not a Dog. Who is obediently doing everything he is told to do.
If you talk about the Dryads. It was hard to stomach at first, and this Trail of Fires was waaayyy too edgy for my taste too. And if the game would be completely like this. I would completely agree with you.
But in his coven? His behavior makes total sense to me. He is an apprentice or pupil. A Rebel schoolboy would be very cliché and not fitting from my view. In this game he struggles to find his place but come to terms with it and make the decision to learn.
To the Sex scenes. I believe there are two scenes which you can't avoid, correct me if I am wrong.
One is the first scene of the game, and it is his girlfriend.
The second is with Sura. And this is important. The character wanted it. Furthermore, it was his solution for a Problem. (This whole trail of fire thing is... You have to see it with porn logic, then it works. I found that unfortunate too, but it is this one scene.)
It wasn't like "Big city pleasure". Where a teacher drugs and rapes you and the MC is ok with it after that.
Everything else is avoidable.
