1. You get 1 from finding certain amount of buried treasures
2. Password door enter Satan and you find one in gold chest
3. There one before the final battle in ishtaroth castle (towards the right if i remember)
4.13th floor select buried tower the treasure chest should be there its very deep to get.
5.Cave of Waterfall you can enter when you get the walk on water skill when you finish you get a gold chest and powering up niva skill and a costume at the end. (Floor 1)

A quick search on google came up with the japanese wiki page for the endings

. It's in japanese, but if you run it through a translator you can get the general idea for the ending requirements and what actions force you onto the bad routes.

SO basically to get one of the 4 herorines ending i have to communicate one of them Alot??

The endings have a separate gallery on the main menu after you unlock one, but the locked ones dont have hints.
There is no way to see everyone's affection at all times, you'll see it when it goes up a bit on certain character specific events through the dungeon, but there is an easy way to lock yourself in one chararcter's ending: There's an item called "Fated Bouquet", it can be purchased from an NPC in the second demon town after clearing the game (requires the ability to walk in water), using it will lock you into a character's ED regardless of other's affection, of course, save before using it.
I have a faint memory of finding a Fated Bouquet on a hidden chest around some trees on the first area when going on a date with someone, you might wanna look out for that just in case.

It's been a long time since my last playthough, but I recall it appearing on a chest next to a tree when you go on a date with one of the girls and being sold on the second demon town (requires walking over water). It may appear only from your second playthough, but you might wanna check those places just to make sure.

ok ... because this is my first time playing this game ( i know how bad the grind is ) but let's say I want to go to the good end, can i immediately go to true end or there's something need?

The True End does require seeing Irito's ED first, then beating the boss on 50f, selecting the right options and beating Istaroth again.
The Good EDs you can get on your first playthough are the neutral one and the ones that correspond to each girl, so you could do Irito's ED first and then get the True End on NG+.
