Your choices will affect the ending. Male MC will be able to cheat on Isabella behind her back. He might even get away with it, if he's discreet about his affairs. However, if he will bring concubines to his court that may lead to bad consequences for his relationship with Isabella.

Once again I want to mention, this is not a game about slutty female MC that cheats on her weak boyfriend with beta personality.

In chapter 1 and two, in some cases male MC is getting "punished" for incorrect choices - by missing interactions with female MC. While for female MC it's simply a choice of go further or not.

Philip will travel to a different location, where I will introduce many new female characters that he can interact with.

That didn't happen for now (he did travel to different location - I meant second part). It's in most cases voyeur content from his perspective (with the exeption of one scene).

That would be great. Will be checking it out for sure as story itself is quite well written. Just one last moment, which I understood after cooking what I played today in my head for a bit. Isabella doesn't have any real rival for Philip affection. For Isabella's side there are five serious other options with some potential for simple corruption/cheating (current two side quests). For Phillip's side there are developments for potential corruption, but there are no real rivals for Isabella (all other options are shown as inferior to her)

There is some truth in your words. Let's me be clear. Philip was meant to leave Asturia. That wasn't his default location. When I started planning the story he supposed to travel to Western Continent by 3rd update. That wasn't the case. I realized that Isabella-Philip relationship needed more time to flourish as this is the core of the game. You could say the story thus far was an extended prologue. Unfortunatelly, the downside of that was the lack of meaningful female love interests. With Isabella it's different, since she will stay in the Capital for the entire game. Her love interests are already there. I don't plan to turn Philip into pathetic cuckload. Don't worry.

In the new update philip strangely doesn't go up some of the stairs. maybe it's me, but i'm stuck at the beginning of the story (I'm stuck at servant quarter with philip :/)(I'm not good with english so i translated it from google)

As I develop the game, update after update, I need to make certain decisions. For better or worse. It may be a small thing like choosing an outfit or a haircut for the character to bigger ones like deciding which npc will have a scene/be part of the scene. Everything is fluid - that's part of development process. I won't even reveal how many ideas I dropped along the way...

MC can stay loyal to each other or find happiness somewhere else. If you look at that this way then there are 2 routes, but those routes have variations and a lot of nuance.

She can't cheat on him YET, but there will be an option to find different partner for her.

Servant quarters (where Gia lives)? Those stairs are inactive for now.
