Well, I played original release, and you could actually have a futa sex scene with Angel even then. You just have to lose to her/give up after you open her cell under the church. But, yes, all the futa sexual content involves the MC, however, I believe there is only one sexual encounter where her own penis comes out. Otherwise, the MC has sex with the other party and they have futa (and of course the sex with infested males and females as well that is not futa).
EDIT:I shall add that I agree with you, that in this game, because of the mechanics and such, it really should have no "dead end" bad ends, and the dev might want to devise a way so that any loss sends you onto the infested path. or if one hits a dead end BE, it should do like my projects and let the play hop right back to where they were. I also think that once infested, the player should be immune to "fights" or random battles against other infested because you can still lose to other infected and get an immediate game over. However, this is their first project and I think Seafix's ideas and abilities will grow as they work on it. Look how different my Giggle Night has become versus my original Slugs and Bugs: Invasion. But anyway, my two cents.
