On Windows 10 too, I just unzipped the file and then dropped 4.0e in the folder and clicked on it. Seems to be working with no issues, so I don't think you need to delete anything.

Bug to report - Paid Sandy for the fake ID, told I had to wait. Went back the next night and Sandy give me my new ID, but the Club Bouncer isn't letting me in yet. So at least one NPC is doing their job! -lol-
Sandy giving you the ID before 14 days pass shouldn't be happening with 040e. The bouncer not letting you in is a bug that's been fixed in v0.4.1 (which is in pre-release testing).
v0.4.1 changelog:
• added 15 more shoes
• added 2 more jeans
• fixed missing flag resets when receiving the fake ID

IDK! I got my Fake ID when I was suppose to; I tried going to Club 69 on Sat.
-I got a "Not implimented yet". So No matter how early you got your ID, You should not be able to get into the Club.
I have a question.
I played to Monday's EoC w/ Ms. Hatcher (and her 'request').
- how many side quests are there at this point??
I did the 2 failed rent pymts & punishments.
I managed to get my Mid-term, but I think that it was too soon for that(??) (watched too many hypno vids)

Then everything is working for you as it's supposed to. The inside of Club 69 is not yet coded.
If you do enough vids you can get the Gender Studies midterm as early as day 19 (a Friday). Even sooner if you choose to watch vids instead of working at the diner (which I don't advise, but players of my game very often do things that I wouldn't do myself).
Currently, there are 4 special sessions with Dr. Hatcher. More are planned, one each game week for the entire college semester (13 sessions total, I think). The MC hasn't progressed far enough, yet, to start having really special sessions with her, especially dominatrix sessions. There's more Lily (shy girl) and Rose (TA) content in the pipeline, as well as more bully and bimbo scenes.
You can get the promotion to waiter as early as day 22 (a Monday).
I haven't yet coded alternate wake-ups after spending restless nights in chastity. It's on my to-do list (along with so many other things; it's a huge list). At some point, soon, the MC will need to be introduced to the use of dildos and "analgasms".

There Is No Up or downside to too much masturbation
(while wearing chastity);except for the displeasure of Ms Hatcher; MC winds up getting 'locked up', regardless.
(I am going to try it again, attempting to keep masturbation at a minimum.)
Not yet coded is what happens if your arousal is too high at work. Working as a waiter, especially in feminine clothing, while dripping precum into your panties has consequences. Even worse if you're not in chastity.
Hint: you should be at 100% arousal when doing the first pool party.
In fact, to get the "best" result in each event (all of which have variations based on your current stats) you should have the maximum possible fem and sub at that point in the game. Having less than the maximum triggers alternate versions of the events. The game also checks the stats of the NPCs. How they react depends not just on your stats but their stats too.
Not only can you not see all of the game's content in a single play-through, you'll need at least 8 play-throughs to see all of it... and that number will increase.

You might want to consider waiting until June 1, so you don't get billed for May, and then again for June. Unless you plan to join, grab the WT and the latest pre-release, and then immediately cancel your sub after that.

Was just speaking about myself, but I still think it would be fun to actually have the walk-thru somewhere in the game. Maybe on one's phone, once the game is complete.
The WT, which is a .RTF file, is already 6 pages long and the game is in an early stage of development. Don't expect it to ever be available within the game itself. The coding required to do that is not at all trivial, the demand is low, and when this game is completed I intend to spend my time on some new project.

So... playing on v0.4.0e (after downloading first the 0.4.0 and then replacing the original TNT file with the 040e version by deleting the old and then renaming the new file as the old.) But I seem to have a problem.
I don't seem to have any way to interact with characters in the same room. I see them listed as being there, but no new clickable options and the normal options for that room do not change to show the people. For example, it's Tuesday Evening and both of the women are in the living room as seen by "Amanda and Sandy are here." (Unlike the links the notice of their presence is in normal grey text and is not clickable.) My options to choose then are just the usual ones. "Watch TV", "Go outside", "Go to hallway", or "Go to the kitchen". But none of those actions are changed by their presence in the room. For example, watching tv doesn't change anything in relationship score and simply says that my character watched tv for a little while.
Am I missing something? I saw in this thread that there are supposed to be opportunities to interact with people, but so far the only times that happens is pre-scripted events like when first encounter Sandy as they were watching a horror movie.

Is wearing the chastity cage not implemented yet? Because when I'm in the closet I can't click on it, like with other clothes. And when I go to the teacher on Monday without wearing the cage there is no option to continue, only way out is the back arrow

There Is Little to No RANDOM interaction with Amanda or Sandy in any of the rooms, unless it is designed. i.e.;
- MC walks into kitchen at Noon; walks into living room at evening to meet Co-ed (Sandy)
- walks into living room afternoon wearing unisex clothes.
- enters living room on Sat noon/afternoon to go shopping.
- the pool (4th time)
These are specific key events with Amanda & Sandy. There is Nothing wrong with your game.
