For 82 and 84, you need to Deep World Zumji and Lelefan respectively.For Amagawa Deep world, you need the "Star Stone" item, which is a little stupid to get yeah, It is the shiny thing on this map:
(The blue checker pattern is just the background not being shown in the engine editor)
That map the first time you do reach it after beating the World eater boss, and you can't even get to that map from the surface town after that you arrive to after, meaning you have to go back through the area with the boss to get to that map again to pick up that item
The item is on the hill outside Asura's Domain (the dungeon where you beat the main story boss, before Primal Seedbed)

Sadly a lot of these "mini-qeusts" are either kinda obscure, or really fits multiple monsters but only accepts a specific one, the Ice monster in this case is Devi (Male Magic Spirit Egg) (again like all her reqeust you need to be pregnant with it

If you defeated the Lamia boss (The World Eater), then you should have been in the surface town by now as well, right?
In that case you need to go into the Guild building (The biggest of the buildings), and after that you should get access to enter the door/gate in the top middle of that town, should be pretty straight forward to get to the last dungeon of the game from there, though there are kinda 2 parts, a few rooms first to complete the main story of the game, and then a much bigger bonus part after you can go through to that you do need to do if you want everything in the game done.

Assuming you mean Kaguya (Rabbit Ear Ticket), there is actually 2 places you can get that.
1: The event in the basement of the Guard Room in the knights Residential area, That is the middle building in this map:
(The door is sligtly more highlighted than the other events on the map, not super noticeable though, as I said the basement of the middle building)
2: In a chest inside the big Monster, where you originally get the tentacle suit among other things:
(Top leftish chest, again slightly highlighted, but well there is only one chest on the map anyway xD)
Also There is a place where scientific stuff is there anything there or just an easter egg?

Talk to Sieg near the beds in the pregnant princess village (the first and main village in the game), while wearing each of the Erotic swimsuits (The normal "Swimsuits" are not included for these), that is all the costumes shown in the bottom 2 rows in the costume room, if you should be in doubt)
You get access to an extra area, which entrance is south of the Fairy village (Near where you got spit out after completing the area inside the giant monster)
