This game has limitless potential, very excited to see where it goes, seems like more and more developers get like 10 or 15% of the way through the story and then just abandon it, I’ve had to delete so many unfinished games, I’m not afraid to be a Patreon, so long as I know my money is going to produce consistent and good quality story and game experience.

You can directly disable the NTR when starting the game, which is what I have done.
For me, it's old fat ugly bastards every time. The relationship to the MC is secondary IMO, but he got to be ugly, preferably fat, and have his official ugly bastard business card on him at all times, of course.
As a connoisseur of NTR , let me take it from here.
Perhaps you can introduce a male teacher/ Physical Education or any teacher would do. This would also go well with the mom's story line if you want, as you can later extend it to the mother easily since she too, is a teacher in the same school. His personality wise, you can go 1 of 2 routes, he can be young and charming and the sis just falls for him, or he can blackmail her starting slowly for things like not doing homework, skirt too short etc etc(a route an NTR degenerate like me would much prefer). As of relationship with the main char, you can start off with him not knowing, and later maybe coming to terms with it and just accepting it ? But all of this would turn this game into a proper NTR game.

Most don't really give a fuck as long as it's anyone other than the mc fucking the LIs. They have some kind of personal issue with mcs in these games, fictional characters I might add. The mc has a lot of sex scenes with the LIs? Not good enough, it has to be someone else.

What are you calling NTR, I keep seeing this used in reference to anyone other than the MC having Sex.
I'm a generous guy I like sharing, gang bangs, spit roasts etc, I'm not a fan of getting locked out of opportunities (i.e. Real NTR)
I'd love it if the MC took part in setting up some of those molestation, whether directly orchestrating them, or accepting bribes for letting them happen.

you could always make polls if you're that curious.
you can live without it it's like a secondary story too doesn't really add much to the plot.
other than what can already be established with interactions with the main characters with each other.
and I really want to see the main characters interacting with each other instead of wasting time interacting with background characters to eventually get around to that point.
Group family fun times when? lol
but this is just my opinion I would just Focus it like this
70% to 80% on main story with 30% to 20% for ntr junk( if you're needing and wanting to have it in there)
mostly because I would rather the game get finished quickly
so you can focus on making your next best game.
