Yes but it depends on Who she has sex with. If it is with her son, son's friend, son's classmate, neightborhood kid or daughters boyfriend yes she is a MILF. You're right about it being an acronym and on the origin of the word, but the reality is that it's typically used to describe attractive older women rather than specifically mothers. That's why you don't get many (any?) pictures of teenagers/twenty-somethings when you search for milf porn.
I don't really care either way, but it's clear the term has morphed to mean attractive older woman generally, which is why the Oxford English Dictionary definition is "a sexually attractive older woman, typically one who has children.". So by that definition, it's alway an older woman, but not always literally a mother.
A cougar on the other hand is a sexually aggressive older woman. At least that's the context in which I usually see the word being used.
As far as this game goes, does anyone know what the Limited Edition contains? I know the Patreon page says animations, but is there any new content beyond that?

No fucking duh its an acronym for mother I'd like to fuck, nobody is saying its not. And American pie didn't coin the word they popularized it. Words and their definitions change over time, for example fag, it has changed many times through history with different meanings, maybe at one time milf only referred to just older mothers but as time went on it became a blanket term for hot older women.
