probably, but why are you asking for spoilers? I think it would be better to see if the characters are going to stay INSIDE the game as the story progresses.

Not really asking for spoilers more so wondering if the time spent building up the characters so far was wasted or not. Like if we're never going to see them again what was the point of of spending so much time on them? For a moment to moment biases yeah it's been good so far and I'm not saying it hasn't been enjoyable so far. But if they aren't going to be a part of the story going forward why spent time building them up the little bit that they was?
It's why I tried to ask broadly to where a simple "Yes" or "No" should answer it. Like "Yes, they will still be in the story" or "No, their part is done". As examples.

So all of the relationships we built mean nothing? The game might as well not have a prologue at all if nothing in it even mattered, I'm dropping this game now.
I kind of want to see where this is headed, Yet to download the new update but I hope the previous version I played and how it ended was not real or something because yeah it was a low blow.
