He's the kind of guy that actually uses patreon only when he's actively working on something. I wouldn't be surprised if he comes back in a few months. Why are people going ape-shit the moment he goes silent? He's been like that for as long as most can remember.
Aye, but behaviour like that is out of the ordinary for Patreon-based developers, and whenever something is out of the ordinary, people tend to assume something must be awry. ;)

The doors don't remain locked in the shield boss room, allowing me to bypass it and continue on to Mother Brain.
I accidentally found that out after inflicting a few hits on it then the doors somehow just decided to open.
That is quite the find! :LOL:
Although personally, I would also classify 'Visiting Mama Brain without the shield' as 'Just another way to commit suicide'. ;)

any one have overall map images ?? i ever get the whole map.. but i forgot .. also , the walkthrough in vimeo is missing :(

this game so hard cuz theenemy always spawning after i beat it.. and makes me frustated

I have been trying to get the BonedMod running on Linux.

The game is running native perfectly (no wine/emulation/...) by following this tutorial

Essentially, I'm downloading the compiled Unity executables and libraries (.so instead of .dll) to run the game and it's working flawlessly.

The HardMode Mod by the same creator is pretty much running without many problems, because the .dll inside the AlienQuest-EVE_Data/Managed/ folder which gets loaded by Unity.
But the BonedMod expects the winhttp.dll to be loaded by the operating system (I guess it's hooking into some function/s) which I have not managed to do.

Anyone have an Idea?

I'm pretty sure you need to use Wine to play the game with this mod, unless the mod creator remakes some of the code and decides to use libcurl or Mono HttpClient instead of WinHTTP

My limited knowledge of what BepInEx is doing with winhttp.dll says that it is a wrapper library on a dll that the windows operating system will automatically load if it exists within the application. Meaning it is basically free library injection. This enables the BepInEx unity plugin system to get it's foot in the door and start running its magic. If you fully emulate windows, then it should work but if you don't then it probably won't. No plans on leaving the BepInEx approach since plugins are much easier to maintain than modifying CIL directly. You may be able to find somebody's work on wine + bepinex injection to replace winhttp.dll.

There's an official Linux/UNIX build of BepInEx using Mono on , so it's not out of the question that yellow-tomato will get it to work. I wasn't aware that it was BepInEx that used the .dll and not something else in your mod.

Sorry for some long radio silence (IRL stuff kinda took toll on me a little bit)

I have some semi bad news, semi good news, and some changes to report

Semi bad news

- At first I planned that I want to have a lot of dialogue for every scene but I feel like put too many attention to minor scene (Lesbian scene, Mech scene, Non vaginal scene, and Tentacle scene) that I cannot think about good dialogue about it so I decide to decrease the number of dialogue of minor scene (number : TBA)
- I have to remove the "go commando" dialogues and "cloth break" dialogues because I feel like screen start to getting crowded even though I try to reduce the font size (will find a replacement for it)
- I still have not found a workaround to stop the increasing of creampie count from non creampie scene (Mech, Non vag, Lesbian)

Semi good news

- When I decide to remove the "go commando" dialogues and "cloth break" dialogues, I think that there should be a replacement for that, so I want you people to look at this replacement and give me some thought or idea for possible "improvement"

2-It's good that Ellen becomes more "slutty" but there should be the opposite, for example the more you kill aliens, the more Ellen's mental health improves.

3-I don't know if this is your goal, but I think the idea of ovulation can be pushed to the maximum, for example when Ellen is raped by an alien depending on the health of the mantals and the health of bodies, she has more percentage of pregnancy, it sets off a timer. If we don't go to a save tag in time, it's the one shot and the animation of the baby xeno coming out of the chest begins.

That's what I had to say, once again a great job.

The idea for these replacement text is based on number of mount count because my headcannon think that alien precum (or Cowper's fluid in scientific term) is a hell of aphrodisiac that not only can turn a innocent pure heart women into horny dick craving slut but also, in high amount, can induce ovulation even in the safest day by forcing the rapid production of female reproductive hormone so that not only fertilization is guaranteed but also successful implantation. To prevent the ovulation thing, Emergency Ovulation Prevention drug, or EOP drug, is developed. Although EOP drug is developed, sadly, it is really just for emergency situation only, like for some "one or two time accident" only so EOP drug may lose its effectiveness if a lot of ovulation inducer agent is consumed. So with my imagination based on my headcannon, after the end of mission where she try to forget "anything" about this mission and throw herself into a cryopod, while she fast asleep inside a cryopod, from the influence of the alien precum that accumulated in her vagina and her womb, a pure, untouched ovum was push out from an ovary and slowly drifting into a cum filled fallopian tube. As an ovum drifting through a cum filled fallopian tube, the alien sperms start to gathering at the ovum try to pierce the ovum's corona radiata and eventually one lucky alien sperm manage to pierce through the ovum's corona radiata and finally fertilized it.

TLDR; that wall of text I just add is mainly based on number of mount count.

Although your idea is great, especially No.2 I like it, it require some serious code skill, especially No.3, and with my current coding skill level I afraid that I have to decline that challenge in the fear that I might break something far beyond repair that I have to redo the whole mod again, but this mod is open to anyone who want to alter it if you want.

I can help ya with some of the coding if you'd like to work with someone else. I haven't touched Unity much though I've done some games programming here and there, mostly in C# and python

Assume that you run the game through wine.
Run winecfg, in Libraries > New override for library choose winhttp.
I was trying to install winhttp with winetricks, and it worked well.
but maybe overriding its library is enough though. :D

Yes, its been moved to F12 to discourage reactive gameplay since that key also kills the player. Best to pick a config then stick with it.
