I'd say Australia. Everything is bigger there so it'll help the entire family grow and there's plenty of room out there. Can literally have a hidden compound and you won't stick out like a very sore thumb. The only other place I'd recommend is probably the Floribama area. But that's like going home for Tiffany and Co.
I was thinking France for the Redneck Girls. They could have a lat of fun there. Wow! This tank looks so cool for no specific reason!

You know, if you wanted them to sit in an actual tank and actually use it, there's some places in the USA that allow civs to drive actual tanks around someone's property. It would be a kickass trip/birthday thing for the girls to have. Fly them there and there will be suitcases with their names on it containing the right costume plus there's some dude standing there with the keys to an actual tank.
