They pee in their own cell some seconds after you give them beer. Just need to wait a bit.

Impossible. I went my playthrough without the tears. Not worth it for me. Even for a game.
Serum is to be given to slaves who have become insane to make them your pets. The process to making them insane is well... not good.

Usually you just have to right click on any part of the screen until a dialog box comes out or it ends, if it does not respond sure it is a BUG, you can exit the game you will only lose what you did on that day in the game
At the slave purchase place, look for slaves that say something like "she's sensitive/cries a lot" in the bio section of their profile. They usually have the "sensitive" trait. They'll cry after regular sex training if their mind status is low like around 20% or lower (not sure where the exact cutoff numbers are). No beating is required in this case, at least, up to the last version. Don't know if this will change eventually. Keep in mind, they'll go insane pretty easily so you have to keep their mind from hitting zero.

Most likely this is some kind of bug. Because the window does not appear in any way, wherever you click. But the game is taking its course, in the sense that time passes, and the preservation is triggered and the hero then throws it into his house on a new day. You can’t walk only by yourself.
