True, but MILF never specifies that it's your mother, just a mother, so it doesn't necessarily connote incest. For instance, the older woman in My Sweet Neighbors is a MILF because the younger woman is her daughter. But they are neighbors, so no relation to you, the MC.

I'm aware of the loophole of it's just a mother, any mother not just yours, but why would you care if a woman is a mother or not? It's a mother figure at least, like mommy issues. But people want deniability about incest. Just like people who say they don't like incest but are satisfied downloading games when devs use a technicality, like calling the mom landlady to circumvent the incest ban, when the game has still an obvious incest setting. But to each their own. It just bothers me the hypocrisy of people sometimes, when they bash incest in games.

If he chose both, I would concede the semi-incest you describe, but if he gets involved with only one of the two women, there's no in-law at all. I suppose it depends on how you play it. Anonymous studies have shown, though, that for most people, incest porn is really about something being taboo, not about being related to the object of their lust. Everyone has lines they won't cross, and I respect that.

I was merely saying that MILF isn't really an incest thing, even if porn in general tends to make it so. Obviously if an older woman isn't a mother, the acronym becomes inaccurate, but generally the preference / fetish is more about an older woman, for w/e reason: more emotionally mature, more experienced in bed, financially well established, etc. (depending on the person whose preference it is).

As I get older I am more into older women or women of my age... When i was in my 20s i just wanted same age or younger girls and milfs was gross to me.

Incest you nailed it, it's the taboo aspect that is so interesting and erotic to play as it's not really our mother/sister/aunt/cousin even though we pretend it is in game.

Don't rename the patch just place it in your \AFamiliarVenture-0.04b_patreon-pc\game\ folder
Then when you start the game you need to activate the patch

I think the term MILF means literally that for a reason, but people take it as synonym of older woman. The term MILF didn't even exist until some years ago, precisely when incest was more widely popular, like with the apparition of milftoon years back. Those older women were just "mature women", or the more predatorial cougars. These terms have no incestual connotations whatsoever.
You're right about the taboo factor being the key to incest as a kink. Sometimes the stories are badly done and take the taboo away from incest, where the mom fucks the son, for instance, with no remorse, just like nothing, effectively killing the whole appeal of incest: making it look vanilla. Just an opinion.
