this. story is good but the mechanics are just too frustrating and laggy to bother with at all frankly. too bad. really enjoyed the story so far. also got the bug mentioned above...

How about we keep it constructive, if it's not for you just delete it because your post does nothing to help others or the dev better the game...
I had constant crashes, looked in the log and it was related to a gamepad. Unplugged the gamepad and no more crashes.
This dev really tries to make something different. Both in the story and in the game mechanics. I am no expert, but it is very different from any Ren’pi game I have encountered so far. So I doubt if switching engines would be an option. It might solve one or two problems, but it might ruin the look and feel of the game. I have been following this game for a while now, and it has improved immensely since. So I have confidence it will be perfect in the end.

i don't use gamepads lol but i'm not sure if it's an issue with the 64Bit download or not but I downloaded the 32Bit version and downloading the missing files went perfectly *shrugs*

Mans got 77 patrons and you think he can have a full writing and design team...lol. Some people's first project is a learning process, at least he is actively trying to make the game better and is active in the forum.

At least my comments make sense.. Who compares Mortal Kombat a game that's been around for years to a porn game and expects everything to be silky smooth. Sounds to me like you're just bored and wanted to post a nothing comment. Did the newest update break anything for you guys ? All my progress on ch1 went back to 0% for some odd reason... but when I load my save everything is fully discovered... except the doctor visit... its now at 86.... so I thought "whatever I will replay that one, it was easy".... none of the hotspots work... the game doesnt ask for them, they dont appear on the screen, nothing !!

Only chapter 8 has the green check. Do I have to have all of the chapters just to play one of them?
Hi. The Mac version of chapter 8 is temperamental. I downloaded and started adding the chapter assets. Worked to start with, then stopped. Crashes now on start up when looking for assets. Have tried downloading the chapters from the Patreon site. These are .dms files which I haven’t been able to use.
For chapter 7 version was able to download the chapters via the game link and run the program.
Not a criticism, but some feedback, cos would like to be able to continue playing the game.
Oh and Unity games rarely work on Wine for Mac.
