You can't.
- It is extremely difficult to port Unity games to other platforms. You really need the original assets and the Unity dev kit.
- It is extremely difficult to get non-appstore games onto IOS, unless you're dealing with a device that has been jailbroken.
- There is NO WAY Apple would allow a porn game on the app store.

hi,i try to start the chapter 2 "where it all started" but i when i click on the doc studio nothing happen... i don't know if i do something wrong but it doesnt work... can someone helpme ?

You have to read the introduction (that is, the technical hints) carefully. In this case, you have to slip the marked icon of Jenny, from bottom, over the the yellow icon of the doc studio. When the color of the doc studio change to green, then you can start the game.
I downloaded the file for mac it states cant be opened i looked at the blog attached and I still can figure this out. Im newer to mac could somewhere add more specifics on how to go about this? Thank you!

When you're reporting a problem, it's important to say EXACTLY what the error is.
When you opened it, did you right click and select open? You need to do that on all non-signed apps. After a little bit a dialog will pop up asking if you really want to open the unsigned app. Say yes.

does it give a reason why it can't be opened, like from an unknown developer?

It's quite a well edited linear game, with a lot of possibilities. If you change the order of the events roughly, the game is going to crash. In other way, you have to concentrate to the yellow dots and the characters belonging to it. It's helpful to use the walkrough...

Did you follow the walkthrough? In those two steps there are some small paths that perhaps you missed (few CGs if I remember well).
