it's in the begining of the game when Vicky escapes the castle. That's all. Too bad he didn't develop scenes with this character, but those stupid orc things

No, the orcs guarding the entrance said you need permission to do so.

Not through any plot-based means, but there is a flame near the front gate which will cheat you out if you click on it.

Well, virustotal gave the file a clean bill of health.
But fixing it is relatively simple, find the "CommonEvents.json" and "Map060.json" files and edit them in notepad or notepad++, find the Taxman_Vikcy_BJ_End.webm and change it to 'Taxman_Vicky_BJ_End.webm' (the ' is important) do this in both files and things should be fine.

HI Check the two files and found four that match what you said. They did not need changing all was Taxman_Vicky_BJ_End.webm'.

2. modified both commmon events and map060 files

Try to replace your map060 and CommonEvents with these files
