I do think that our MC is a true breeder. He has a family with special traditions. But the thing is he is now the only male member. So he can follow the rule or break it. However, alpha male like him is the man who sets the rule, not just follow the rule blindly. He knows that bringing another male into the family who accept the tradition is not easy at all. Mark accepted the tradition but he felt disappointed when MC's mother went away to have kids. So the best solution is one man rules all. I think our MC will break the rule to have babies with them all.
The death of MC's father is strong sign that someone wants breeding right to transfer to our MC.
Also, our MC is a true leader. A leader will expand team whenever he can. So he doesn't think that his family is only one that has a special tradition. More families will follow. How can he do that? I don't know

Now that its on hold, just how much content and story progression has been completed ? Is it left hanging ? I read the changelog and searched the thread, couldn't conclude anything ......is it worth downloading and giving it a go ........??

It's sort of "Chapter 1 done", left with a sort of cliffhanger but main story is complete. Decent length.

Although it's not really a cliffhanger in the usual 'Adult VN' way - there is no blue-balling. Just the contrary you / the MC gets all the goods and then some...

) who could be considered "Alpha" males. They are some of the nicest, polite, non aggressive people I know. They have nothing to prove.
Usually guys (/betas) with a lot of self esteem issues have a habit of acting like tough guys, to impress others.
MC here is a smart, confident guy, with a lot of emotional/psychological maturity, even if he doesn't act like John Rambo or weighs two hundred pounds.
Only thing I didn't like is "liberal/cucktard" comment, that sounded more like out of character, political comment by the developer.

Have you even played this game? There is no women taller...
So will we be able to stop the sharing in volumen two? We were forced to share the girls with other girls, mostly because some of them (like the sisters) became bisexual out of the blue after telling the MC they love him they go later and are ok with kissing and even fucking other girls.
Don't get me wrong I don't mind threesomes as long as I choose them but in this game you are kinda forced to it even if the girls "love" you and to that point in story they weren't interested in girls at all, but again they became bisexual because porn reasons. I don't like to share not even with other girls, if they are in an harem it's not because they like each other but because they love the MC, they should try to be with the MC, not fuck each other and then the MC.
