Being a DIK only draws it out with Jill and Bella, rest of the main girls have had plenty of sex scenes and also there are lots of side girls who get that. I think some girls should have sex/lewd scenes sooner than others in this game as well.

It should make sense and feel natural though. But then again the Jade BJ scene already felt off tbh
That's why I stopped playing it when it comes to the Jill stuff. Too much drama, too much stretching out. Didn't like the blackmail concept and it made Jill look very weak and naïve. I never played the new update, and I never will. If I go back to the game, it'll be when it's done OR when I know the whole blackmail BS is over and they can be together. And for those who really know me know I fucking adore Jill to death.

Back to this (and again sorry for the double post) I said it in my post right before this one that the Jade BS was exactly that, BS and unnecessary. It makes her took "too easy." Yes she's a former hooker and not afraid of diving right in, but damn, not during the first fucking meeting of the MC and the rest of the girls while Rebecca is one of the shyest girls in this entire VN genre I've ever seen.

Like I said previously, the start of this game is off and I used the term bi-polar, because it is. I really do hope things level out and once this party schtick is over with, we can move on and try to spend time with the girls that we've chosen. Not just sexually, but I want to see how the MC and Ashley really do reconnect. Does he buy her a guitar? Dating? I mean I want a good story here but don't stretch it out too much like silly putty for so long like DIK is doing.

One poor storyline (like DIK's blackmail in my opinion) can really bork a game. I know the obstacles make the destination that much more special, but how long do you have to travel and how many do you have to get over before you get there?

Yeah the blackmail story is a bit forced in being a DIK but as long as there is no fucked up ending to it I'm fine with it. Being a DIK is more like an interactive soapy drama series so the romances will have different hardships to go through and won't get an easy resolution & I like that. So far I think the pacing for Being a DIK is fine but if it these obstacles just keep going it will be frustrating

In this game I think things are progressing too fast though. For an example that the Ashley romance is a bit rushed, you meet up with her and then already declare that you have feelings for each other and now all that is left is just reconnecting more with her. At least with Jenny there are more problems and with the other girls its also just the "getting to know each other" phase

And with Jane I think the BJ was the really forced part because it happened so quickly and also in front of the other girls who acted like it was normal. For a game like this it doesn't fit, even in incest games the MC doesn't get a BJ that quickly lol. The sex scenes after that are fine but overall she is not one of my favourites

I think the Ashley/MC thing being so quick is because of their past and the writing just seems like they want to shore up loose ends immediately and make it harder for the MC to do anything with anyone else. I don't know. Could be wrong. Probably am.

Don't really like anyone from Jenny's crew but Rebecca, and after her, Aurora, who to me, gives off a little Jill vibe. Seeing that Rebecca's hair was changed for the new update only makes me like her more she's so adorable. Aurora, well, just something about her. For me as a player it's going to be harder here to be "loyal" to a girl in this game than any other. I usually practice a "one girl per game" mentality. This game, with those other two girls, makes it very difficult.

It is a good call you did not play the latest update as the blackmail issue is, indeed, not fully resolved, but it appears to be on pace to be in one or two more episodes based on how Jill's character progresses over the episode. Not to spoil much, but one of the final scenes contains some of the most passionate, romantic writing I have ever seen in one of these AVNs. Absolutely sublime. Best to wait until that damn conflict is resolved first though.

I agree that, compared to the other girls, Jade comes across way too forward. But given it is early, it is still possible to ground her earlier actions into a plausible realistic personality like the other girls. The most obvious similar character arc I could see is Melissa from Acting Lessons, who jumps to physical intimacy to hide her difficulty in acknowledging her own emotions and accepting any kind of emotional intimacy. Melissa was able to be there emotionally for Megan (Jade there for Jenny), but not for herself.

Maybe if on a Jade path, MC tries to pry a little deeper, and Jade just tries harder and harder to fling herself at him, but if he resists, he can start to peel away the layers of emotional callouses her life as a teenage prostitute brought her and let her feel safe again.

Honestly, at this point about that game, I have so many other games with girls I care about just as much, if not more, than her, and they're my avatar, and the two sig images (even though the first sig image is of a game that will probably never be done)

But even so, there are other games I have in the game list part of my sig that have very important girls to me. I had to get several games to replace one, and even though the MC is a bit of a rube in my eyes, Ashley is amazing. Rebecca is the piano player and Aurora has that "uppity" feel and class that Jill does but is very kind. I don't miss that game as much as I did several weeks ago when the update came out. Other games and girls definitely helped me get through it.

I would personally love to see Jade's "onion layers" be peeled back and have her become this amazing character and great girl without the sex crap with her in the forefront. Removing that painful part of her past would bring some redemption and salvation to her. If he does do what you mentioned, she'll realize that the sex doesn't mean everything and it's the emotional connection that matters most. I don't really know.

Not sure why this is being compared to BAD as much as it is, they are not the same game. Even i f they are similar, they are not the same game. Even if you dislike or like BAD, they are not the same game. Why it keeps getting compared to it is beyond me. The only complaint anyone should really be stating for THIS game is that one doesn't care for the story. Not even should the game's lack of sex at this time be being called out. It's at the Dev's discretion how much and where exactly they want to place it in the game. That its had as little as it has up to the point is not a legitimate gripe really. You may want to see more gratuitous sex by now but if that's how the Dev has written it up to now, then that's how they've written it up till now. Hell, people act as if the MC has to meet and screw everyone the first day or week of the game. I think it's actually pretty cool we are meeting new characters after some time passed honestly as this is more true to life than banging everything under the sun from day one in my eyes.

Me, personally, in all the threads I patronize, I talk about story, not sex. I'd rather have it appear less in the game than mean more to the story. I'd rather have both characters have a deep connection to each other rather than gratuitous fan-service stuff like other games do.

In all the games I play I try to find the one girl I can share an emotional connection with. This game, it's Ashley. To me, less is more when it comes to the sex stuff. I don't play these games for the nookie. I finally got my 2nd vaccine the other day so I can see my long-term girlfriend again without a mask. Point is, that's not a necessity for me in this game. I've shed pure tears of joy, sadness and emotion with these games, as I've done with Ashley a couple of times just in the beginning of the game.

Anyway, yeah there's been a bit of too much talk about that game in the last few days and obviously I'm spearheading it but it's not something that's started for just that time. I think this game will always draw some sort of comparison to that game, no matter how far it goes and even once it's done, it'll draw comparison and reference.

Just the way it is. I like this game. I have gripes with this game. I want to see this game and Dev succeed in this genre but you are going to have to realize that certain games will draw comparison with other games that use the same setting and it's no use talking about it or responding like that because you know it's going to happen no matter how much you "soapbox" to people.

Not the first time, sure as shit won't be the last.

Look at this way. Try comparing your current girlfriend/wife to an ex-girlfriend/wife and see how long that lasts. Yeah, it's alright to do so for a game but do it to an actual person and you'll understand why it doesn't fly. Let the comparisons go and stop trying to validate and justify that they are going to happen. Not if people understand that they are TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE games.

just a question.. I am having an "issue" with the Rebecca playthrough. Do I really have to avoid any and all "love/ like" choices for the other girls to have her appear in the MC's dream?

This is from the walkthrough, as you can see Rebecca isn't available in your dreams. It sucks, since I would've like to have Vicky in the dream oh well. So don't fret on it since she isn't available in the dream.

I may be mistaken but the only ladies that appear in the dream are Jenny, Ashley and Valery!
