The Gold version have some bonus render in the gallery but that is it. There is no different content wise between public and gold version.

The problem is with Mega. If the source files for all the links you have here are coming from Mega -> That's the problem.
There is something important that has been revealed in v0.28 but my guess is that someone is quick on clicking to fast forward to the sex scene and saying that there isn't anything worthy in v0.28. I admit the update was pretty short when you pick one path and play only that but when you combine all the paths, it is a decent amount of work.
