From Patreon dude was excited to get the next chapter out and was posting preview renders regularly (a lot of them), voted for renders, and even had a scheduled release date. Also claimed the chapter was like an eyelash away from done. So it wasn't burnout and they weren't scamming people. Just out of nowhere though the patreon page was wiped. Anything at this point is speculation and it hasn't been THAT long, people are just drama queens. Especially some of the edge lords here.

The fact people are unsure of what exactly happened to the dev is precisely why there is a ton of speculation (some of it is ridiculous, sure, but we have no way of knowing otherwise). Calling some people edge lords is a bit dramatic don't you think?
While it's sad that this project has come to an abrupt halt under unknown circumstances, it's funny that people are battling over who's theory is correct regarding the dev. I personally believe that the dev had wandered out to buy a pint of milk at just the unfortunate moment a black hole opened above him and now he is exploring new galaxies. Good luck Major Tom

usually it's the good story focused VNs that gets abandoned while the porn cliché bs VNs make it to the end. I get that this is an adult site and all and well probably 90% of people play these games just to jack off or simp over fictional girls, so it make sense to why the porn VNs get more support. Still unfortunate tho for the devs and players who are here for the story focused AVNs. Hopefully Being a Dik, Summers Gone, Mad world,Artemis, City of broken dreamers etc gets finished and doesn't end up abandoned like this little guy.

This game never had a good story lol, the whole plot with Adam and the mafia was ridiculous. Let's not forget about all the spelling/grammar errors either. I enjoyed this game but people are acting as if was some kind of masterpiece when it wasn't.

On a site where most of the games sole focus are bout fucking your mom, sister, aunt or your entire school(faculty included) to me this was a masterpiece.

And COBD is almost completed. Would be horrible if we never get to the finish line this far into it. I must say tho I'm looking forward to PG's next game. DA was awesome, COBD is awesome so I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Right. But it's not the focus of the game, It's just a little something for the players who only cares about the sex aspect of the game(it's still an adult Visual novel afterall) . The porn games I'm referring to tho are the ones where the entire plot is about fucking your family and or entire schoolWell... I mean...
