Instead of showing her husband the naughty texts his friend (or the other guy) is secretly writing to her behind his back, so both can cut him out of their lives, she is basically complicit and not pulling the brakes as hard as she should be. When she falls for him one day they will have both added enough fuel to the fire.

I mean I'm talking about one of the story routes you can follow, not all of them. If she was as the most loyal person she would behave the same in every route. We all have it in us to betray other people, more or less. I don't like to put people on a pedestal, that's all.

I've had this couple over - let's call them Dave and Anna. It was a nice dinner and we drank a lot of booze afterwards. Cocktails, wine, beer. It's around 2 am when Dave had enough and goes to bed. But I guess that's where the game loses points with me (don't get me wrong I really like the game and want to see how things play out), we may get the choice to like or dislike sending those photos, but they are sent regardless there was no choice to not send the photos and stop the conversation when he pressured.

It plays from David's perspective but we see some stuff from Anna's which should be left for chapter 2 to be honest. Like for the photos I would have David receive them instead for CH1 and for CH2 we get to see if she also sent them to Chris with maybe an extra one or two (being the standing and the behind one, don't want to push too much).
Also when Chris grabs Anna's ass when he is spending the night we shouldn't have seen that if we were playing David's POV, maybe he turns around because she made a sound or something?

Though I get it, as the player we get to see and hear things for a 'fly on the wall' type of feel so we are given more information at points, but we lose some choice to be able to escape totally 'unharmed' which may be by choice of the DEV in that no one is really squeaky clean and some spicy photos or some chick trying to throw herself are a lot easier to work through than taking a dick that isn't your husbands or giving the dick to some chick at the gym.

Anna is very naive and quick to dismiss when David tries to warn her to be on her guard. if i don't see her at least question what is happening before she tosses David out, then she is dumb bitch and deserves to have David give up on her and divorce her. chapter 3 will be interesting for sure.

Yes, this is something that frustrates David. Anna is too trusting of people. She seems to always give people the benefit of the doubt. It makes her naive to peoples’ intentions and she can be taken advantage of. David is fully aware of this and it really bugs him, but Anna doesn’t like when he tries to manage her, so he tries hard to refrain from it.

In Anna's mind, she is fully in control of her actions and thinks it's ridiculous David wouldn't trust her. If a man hits on her, so what? She will tell them no thanks and move on. When David gets upset or jealous she finds it unattractive and irritating.

The thing about Anna... she's spent a lifetime with males, so inherently she always feels like she has to prove herself as a woman. She's been treated like a helpless little girl her whole life by her older brothers and father, so when she met David it was refreshing to have someone who fully respected her as a person and gave her the freedom to express herself. Therefore, it sours her when David doesn't respect her ability to take care of herself.

Chris is someone who understands Anna's naivity too, which is why he's so hot for her. All the other girls in his life eventually got tired of his act, but Anna has compassion for him and doesn't turn him away, at least on the friendship level. He wants to use her compassion and trust in him to manipulate her.

As for her being dumb that she wouldn't realize a set up, perhaps that's the case, but really, why would she ever guess somone is trying to wreck her marriage or her life? And while it seems strange David would suddenly have an affair, there's enough smoke there to have Anna doubting his fidelity to her. There are real pictures and real events. A husband cheating on a wife is a much more plausible scenario than an elaborate setup by some jealous ex-girlfriend of David's that she’s never heard of.

I'm not exactly sure I'm following you Sadowdark, but if I'm reading this correctly, you're asking if Anna's choices have any impact on the events of Part 1? I'm going to be writing a Patreon post for everyone soon about Part 2 and how it will work. There will be choices for Anna, but Part 2 is largely kinetic like Part 1. You cannot change events of Part 1... this won't be another Back to the Future. You can influence Anna and there will be some things you can control that weren't shown in Part 1... but all roads will lead to the same place, which is where we left off at end of Part 1. Now, where it goes from there? That's where the outcome will largely be determined by your choices in Parts 1 and 2 along with the choices that come up in Part 3.

Surely there will be people who get angry about this, that they cannot control the outcome of Part 1 and 2. But sorry, I don't want this to be a project that takes eight years to finish. I'm telling a story, and I want you to be in a position to choose how you'd like it to end.
