Didnt you mention about another one though that was going to be posted on hypnotics forum because there were some other bugs in 14.12c that you couldnt get to. Maybe they meant that one?

Are you sure you have applied 14.12c update to an existing game installion correctly? That message can appear in the original 14.12 but was removed in later updates. It is definitely not in 14.12c (or 14.12b)

The full game download is 14.12 and has that issue, As I noted now please update and apply the 14.12c update
Has the Madison not appearing bug not been fixed yet? Because she hasn't appeared.

There is no issue in 14.12c that I know of. It is possible she will not have the initial visit if
- you get the radio quiz wrong
- you ignore her when she does the delivery, or choose an answer
In both cases she will be available later in the game

In the first, this is valid in there, though I had done some changes in the event there. The other issues have previously been fixed. Are you using the 14.12c update?

I think I broke something. Tess was at the hotel and I did the worm statue quest with her. But I trained with her afterward. And ever since she has been stuck at the hotel, her story has not advanced. Apparently, I'm supposed to get a ring from her husband but whatever it is that part of the story is not triggering. How do I fix it?

I have not seen this particular error before. I will check the scenes, but for now
- open the cheat menu
- select View People, locate Tess
- in the Move edit box type 1000 and click the link
She has now left and tomorrow you can meet her at the shopping center to continue the quest
