No... Yasmine was altered by her husband, but you can find an old picture of hers and compare it to the current form to learn about the Modification and in Sabrina's case it's an optional transformation triggered by the Players choices dureing a dialogue sequence.
For Isha and the MC those are mandatory though

rework: bugfixes, missing/rewritten text, combat system, updating tias images those things
edit: unless votes change by a lot until the end of the month.
Current one is 0.3.9.0a and Next update will be 0.4.0.0; bugfixes-focused. So I hope and guess that the public and patreon versions will get synced.

For some reason, every time I use the chyos cheat to improve points, they drop to 0 for that charachter!!! That is annoying because all the effort goes to waste! any help / suggestions?

Growing a dick is also a Body Modification.
Yasmine is the barons wife and when she was first meeting with Giron she was flat as a board.
Her Body Modification is alignebt with the Cult or Syfra.
since the rework focuses graphically on most of tias images/animations there is currently no patreon vote option to continue her story. need to wait 1-2 weeks to see what the new vote option is gonna be. but i bet it will be more likely one of the new characters.

You can craft metal plates to go in your armour, that's later in the game, when you craft the silver arrows, the blacksmith will teach you. Also the armour proficiency talent seems to be useful.
