Why is that? Even on the good wife route she still interacts with most (but not all) of the same characters to a degree. She just rejects them. Maybe some of the NPC's who have only been revealed on the filthy route he'll just find a different scenario in which to bring them into the good wife story route. Or maybe it'll even be a character yet to be revealed. Who knows exactly how L&P will implement the cuckold scenario. But I suspect, Liam will reveal he has a cuck fetish and pressure/or convince Sophia to go out and find someone to plow her field in front of him while he chokes his chicken. Or perhaps he just comes to the realization that he enjoys seeing her vagina impaled with another man's sausage through an adventure in swinging first.

There's no evidence yet, at least in this thread (since I'm not a patron), there will be any sex during this event. Including Sophia or otherwise. All we know is that it was complicated, and is the longest event to date (at 380 renders). If by event 5 you mean the Alyssa event, I'm fairly sure if L&P has said anything, as a patron, Old dog would be shouting it from the rooftops. So I think it may have been shifted around for reasons only known to L&P. We should probably wait for Old dog to confirm, but I suspect we may have to wait until CS hits 65% for a teaser of event 5.

I believe it is short for relationship. So mainly used in the context of two or more characters you want to see together.
