To me it was an important step in the right direction for her corruption.

But that said, I think if the scene had been written better most people wouldn't have had a problem with it. I bitched about it when the update came out, but I'm still upset by it. While not every scene can be like the Ellie/Julia/Sophia pool scene in terms of quality, I think the sauna scene was L&P at his weakest. The entire scene was poorly constructed; the writing was weak, it used the bare minimum renders possible, and overall it felt rushed. I have never felt before that L&P mishandled a scene, but I was never more bored than when clicking through the uninspired sauna scene. While the renders are as nice as ever, the scene really turns into a drag when DeShawn and Sophia have a "conversation". I say "conversation" because really it was just the narrator telling us about their conversation and that it was good. Then, when we finally do get some payoff, it was short and lame even by AWAM standards. I wasn't expecting a full-on sex show, but literally two more renders would have gone a long way. Instead, it was something like 5 renders from when Sophia finds them having sex, to when she interrupts them and they stop.

The scene felt like an encapsulation of every single issue I've ever had with this game.

That’s mostly how the first time job with the old guys has been presented until now. We don’t know those guys, their personalities, their interactions with Sophia, how she views them. Just a narrator telling us that they are talking about various subjects.
They are just the old guys.
It’s like L&p didn’t know what to do with them and just put them here to please the old/young kinks fans.
That was not a problem before because it was only present in the first time job. But now it seems like he will do that for other events too.
On the topic of the sides jobs, the second one has his own problems too .
First we have the biology lesson that Sophia teach the kids . It’s long, boring and uninteresting. It tells us nothing. Here a narrator telling us that Sophia is teaching them on various subjects would have been more appropriate. And then you come back to the dialogue when Sophia realize that they have zero knowledge in sex-ed.
Another problem in that event, his her discussion after that with their mom. We have several paragraph back and forth where they each argue why the kids should or shouldn’t have some sex-ed. The mom doesn’t seem convinced at all by Sophia argument. But suddenly the narrator appear and tell us that “somehow, Sophia convince the mom...” .
I mean what the point of having a argument between two characters if the resolution is that lazy.
Maybe it’s to win some time,
Weirdly enough, if you take the update with the janitor “shower scene” that update is composed of 4 events :
The janitor scene
Dylan masturbating in the shower while Sophia is taking a bath.
The spa event with Logan Patricia and Ellie
And the massage event where Sophia watch Ellie getting massaged.
Well guess what, that update has only 300 renders.
But none of those events feels short or too long or that they are cheaply written.
And they involve main and sub characters. The second ones didn’t need to have their event shortened to make room for the other.

I don't know where you're from and if you've ever been to a sauna, but sitting topless in the sauna is completely normal and has nothing to do with beeing a "slut"... at least in Europe.

So, lot of possibilities and possible routes to explore

Yes, with Aiden it's more like coercion.
But her son's teacher wants a pretty well-defined quid pro quo. He clearly stated, that he wants sex with her.
And the owner of the casino probably won't let her get away with that one visit either.

That's three cases of possible coercion and extortion/blackmail I found thus far.

What do you mean "if"? There's no way they're not having sex (provided this game lives long enough to get to that point) and I don't see it being sad at all either. Just like with Ellie, Sophia will start to want it more and more, particularly if she's not having sex with Liam, and we've already seen instances where Sophia, despite finding it somewhat awkward, has actually relished and even enjoyed the attention and affection she gets from Dylan. When they eventually have sex (not if), it will probably be a very touching and emotional thing because we know how much Sophia loves her kids, and when that love becomes sexual and she views it as just means of showing that love and strengthening that bond, it will be both enjoyable for her and a really passionate moment for both of them, same goes for when she has sex with Ellie.

Also, I don't see Dylan as being the final step on Sophia's journey as there's still scope and opportunity to turn this into a whole family (minus Liam) affair, with Sophia, Dylan, Ellie, and possibly Patricia all getting in on it together. Sophia could have sex with Dylan, Ellie, and Patricia separately, but there's still the potential to expand that to Dylan/Ellie, Dylan/Patricia, Ellie/Patricia, Sophia/Dylan/Ellie, Sophia/Dylan/Patricia, Sophia/Ellie/Patricia, Sophia/Dylan/Ellie/Patricia. Maybe there could also be Sophia/Dylan/Sam for people following that path, as well as Sophia/Ellie/Julia, Sophia/Ellie/Julia/Patricia, Sophia/Ellie/Sam, Sophia/Dylan/Emma, Sophia/Alyssa/Patricia etc. There are lots of opportunities and possible pairings/groupings that it shouldn't end after Sophia's had solo sex with the principle cast.

This is where I feel the game should be by the time we get into the 20s of playable days. Maybe by day 23 or 24 she's had sex with all the principle players (Dylan, Ellie, Patricia, Sam, Alyssa), and the game can then start to open up to some other characters joining in with Sohia and these characters.



If there's any "sunset" for Sophia, it's either going to be with Dylan, Ellie, Alyssa, Sam, or Liam, or a combination of some of these characters. I don't see an ending for her and Patricia because Patricia's married and living a good life which she's not going to give up to shack up with her sister for the rest of her life, and I don't see Sophia and Carl having some kind of sharing arrangement with Patricia either. So, other than these 4 characters, there really doesn't seem, to me, to be anyone else that Sophia could have an endgame realtionship with, if that's how this game will go.

The other option is that Sophia will do all these things with all these different people, Liam will be the none the wiser, but then Sophia and all of them will go their separate ways after she's had this wild time of hedonism and debauchery, and stay with Liam until her dying day.

So IF the player chooses to have sex with Dylan, I think it sets the narrative up for its most costly/unhappiest ending. There's no question though that the game will include the option to have sex with Dylan if the player pursues that path.

Also, I didn't say it was the "final step", but Dylan and Sophia would absolutely be the story's climax. That's what the game is building to, once/if the player chooses to hook Sophia up with Dylan then anything is possible afterwards. But that doesn't change the fact that Dylan and Sophia having sex is the watershed moment. Depending on when it happens in the story, there could be a lot more sex afterwards.

Personally though, I don't see most of the scenarios you mention happening. My read of L&P is that he wants to keep AWAM fairly "believable", and I don't see crazy sex parties like Sophia/Dylan/Emma happening. Maybe a Sophia/Ellie/Patricia event, but I think that could be a stretch. The other combos seem unlikely to me, and if they were to happen I think it would only be as part of a scenario where Sophia fully succumbs to the corruption and loses her friends and maybe even her family. I see no outcome where Sophia can continue on in a relationship with Dylan or Ellie and be a functioning adult. There's going to be a price for her corruption and it will be steep.
