I agree with you, and I would hate to show you some of his other posts about how "Defensive" he can get. He really doesn't like criticism in any way, shape, or form.

Liam almost catches Sophia and Ellie kissing, but as far as he's aware, they're just showering together. Sophia kissing Patricia and Ellie he doesn't know about.
As for women showering together, yeah, relatively normal. In my group of friends, even female friends kissing is still considered normal, but then again, one of my friends openly admits she has a crush on her younger sister, so they're probably on more of the weird side of the spectrum
He needs an editor, like the best writers of both fiction & non-fiction in the publishing industry. I could do it, as I'm certain could several people on this thread but that wouldn't be a good idea, because we've already developed our ideas about AWAM. This game needs an editor who's both neutral & totally objective. Who knows where such an individual could be found, even if L&P was prepared to give the concept a try? It isn't impossible, though. Unlike the publishing world, the editor would not have as much power, as the creator/artist would retain overall control of decisions. This doesn't mean it wouldn't be useful & certainly worth a try.
There were times when I thought that L&P might be using his Patreon subscribers as a 'sounding board.' It's the only way I can think of to explain why the Bennett route was shortened, (chagrin) & the Dylan twist was eliminated, (delight). I could be wrong but I don't think he takes much notice of what we say here, (if he ever visits these days), because many of us are freeloaders. It may be that we never get the editor this game now needs.

I agree with you, but I used the word "collaborator" intentionally. In my opinion he needs something more like a collaborator because he needs a peer to bounce ideas off. But really, in this discussion the difference is just semantics- he needs assistance with the story in order to achieve his ambition.

L & P says that he has a story, and therefore a more or less holistic concept of the game itself.
Look at how many disputes there are, everyone has their own opinion and it is not worth counting on the fact that with a new person in the L&P team there will be full understanding and trust! This means that including a collaborator is more likely to delay rather than speed up the process.

Earlier L&P said that besides Aiden's third problem, there will be another interesting event. Did he give up this surprise and this additional plot will not be?

If you mean the "parallelly event", then no. But ancienregimele and I think it may have something to do with Tony meeting up with Larry to discuss Sophia's visit.
NTR means LI interest is being stolen away from you. We are not Liam so Sophie getting with other men isn't NTR. Now if Liam was one stepping out it would be NTR. If our character does it, it is cheating. If our LI does it, it is NTR.
This is absolutely correct...and now ask to yourself " why? ".

Wasn't saying you could have both, was saying you can refuse both (as I recall).
To be clear: I like both, I have different saves for both. The point is that they are non-essential to the main story and represent a large time-sink for L&P, having to develop scenes for both when neither are essential.
If the main complaint is the time between updates, and it is far and away the #1 complaint about this game, then we as the fapzone members should be looking for ways to streamline the development time without compromising the main story. L&P is under no obligation to take us up on our opinions, of course, but maybe by putting constructive ideas and on-point criticism out there we can subtly influence the decisions.

For me personally, both part-time jobs are essential, especially the second, as well as for L&P.
Therefore, there is no need to give such definitions, no one gave you such powers!
The rules are determined by the person who creates the game. Those who help him financially can have some influence on him.

I did not let Liam stay at the Casino (still faithfull to him/has a roof above our heads), but still would like to fool around with my daughter and sister. I hope the dev puts in the possibility to "seduce/corrupt" them, after saving Liam/the family savings. Maybe another chance to shower with daughter, but this way, the daughter would be too curious of her father's "perks", and vice versa. Letting my sister closer to me without the need to fuck my marriage up would be also much appreciated. Maybe an open marriage?

Don't shoot the messenger: logic and rhetoric are the basis of these definitions, not me. If the option to select #1, #2 or neither job exists then they can't be essential. I'm merely pointing out that the side jobs, in and of themselves, can't be essential components of any primary path since they exist independently of the primary paths. If that isn't the case, and the plan is to have a primary path branch based on your side job choice or non-choice, then the need for additional scenes for every path grows. This further exacerbates the frustration many have expressed with the development timeline.
I'm not arguing the side jobs don't add textural detail to the character(s) and will contribute to a richer experience overall.
Yes and he should remove Dylan/Amber, Dylan/Ellie, Dylan/Emma, Dylan cuckold , which are all side story and not part of the “main story” (which is ?) . And not start the possibility to hook up Sam with Ellie if that end their relationship with Sophia for one of them.
And not add more fetish like cuckolding on the Dylan route as Old dog as reminded me .
And not start the branching on Ellie route....
And stop doing multiple views of the same event. ( The bikini show, the yoga session) ...
There are many way to save time.
