Sophia's position in her relationship with Ellie and Patricia is, on the one hand, that of a loving mother who would do anything for her children and, on the other, a faithful and virtuous wife. I'd say that's the main argument Sophia uses all the time with Patricia: I'm a virtuous woman and you're a little whore.

Here, Patricia seeks to morally support Sophia, to ease her conscience. After a scene with Sam, what will Patricia tell her: I was concerned for you, that because of alcohol you had committed a deed that you would never in your life be capable of, and you, hypocrite, were playing with the neighborhood teenagers.

And Ellie?
Ellie is still playing, realizing that a relationship with a man is not the same as a relationship with a woman. She reacts harshly when Liam opens the bathroom door, or when Dylan forgets to close the door.
I don't think a scene between Sophia and Sam would go well for Ellie.
Plus Ellie likes older men, so something between Sophia and Sam will be awkward if not disgusting.
That's the message I perceived.
I agree that Patricia wants to protect her sister as a person who is close to her, who she loves (platonic mean here). But in no case is she interested in protecting her virtue. That's what I see in the scenes with Patricia.

It almost seems like Patricia is trying to prove to Sophia that she is no better than her, as if Sophia thought herself better than her sister

But the situation that Sophia would be put in, Patricia surprising her with Sam, would destroy the aura of a virtuous and faithful woman/older sister.

Right, and Patricia will tell her, and the word: hypocrite, will be there. After the yoga event, Patricia tried to get her to confess but Sophia still plays the role of the virtuous and faithful older sister.

Liam is in for a tough time concerning his wife ,so I wonder how he would feel sharing his wife, since he says that he is not the jealous type and that people can look but no touching.
I wonder how Sophia would feel sharing her husband?

I got the impression that Patricia is more condescending to her sister and the word hypocrite will not sound to Sofia, and if it does, it will be in a comic form, but not in the form of a serious reproach. It seems to me that Patricia will treat her sister with understanding if she sees her with Sam and does not pressure her, reproach her.

By definition, Liam doesn't feel anything at all at first. But just as it is sometimes difficult for us not to perceive Sophia as a real person and not as a reflection of our perversions, this also applies to Liam. The question is not what Liam feels, but whether we feel guilty because we, the players, made the decisions for his wife. And whether L&P has the courage to show us the consequences with 200 pictures per marriage fight scene. And the question is whether we should feel guilty, after all, we're playing a porn game here and not a simulation of a marriage counseling center.

I am on Liam's side. The GW route has the filthy route ending so it would seems like we could be in for roller coaster ride

Well Liam sure asked her about threesome with her and another girl at her office visit.
And before that, he also said something to her about having sex with other men in sarcastic way.
And if she was already waiting for him in filthy outfit when Liam and his boss entered in office, she sure got upset but Liam didn't care much and he started kissing his wife and getting her ready for intercourse. I think he got aroused of the feeling his wife seen in filthy outfit by another man.
So I think he would happily share his wife or even suggest her to become a hotwife but further down the line Sophia has to fight to get her husband back, from w.
We don know that further down the line Sophia will have to fight to get her husband back, what caused this rift is unknown be it work/adultery or any number of reasons

Sophia enjoys the tasks even now but hates the fact that Aiden is making her do this. I want it to remain like that.
That is exactly what I meant. She hates - no she doesn't really hate - doing these tasks for Aiden. She may mean that she hates it, but basically she likes these tasks... more and more. It's a dichotomy for Sophia. And I'm curious how L&P is going to resolve that so as not to make it ridiculous.

If I was not mistaken in the translation, Cathy invited Sophia and Liam to visit. But it was said that there is an important conversation with Liam.
That is, the emphasis was on the fact that the conversation would take place with Liam, probably in the presence of Sophia.

Did I understand correctly what should happen in the evening, or was I mistaken with the translation?
You are right!
I didn't noticed but the dialogues for the invitation are quite similar but in the case of Aiden's path (only Liam is there) she says
1625832330891.png
while with Sophia in the room she says
1625832235829.png

So, "you" Vs "you guys". Now this could be just a simple transcription error. I'm not a native speaker either, the first sentence can still mean "you" as in "both of you", and she just used "you" as plural without "guys" because Sophia was not there. But I let the native speakers to jump in and give an interpretation to such subtleness.
The invitation in any case is for both of them and even Liam says "We'll drop by".

I'm leaning more for the simplest explanation, they will talk about the same thing regardless the route (GW, Aiden), even because both of them will be there and if they wanted to talk only to him she would have explicitly invited only him.

IMO, what will probably change in the event are some dialogues or scene according to the route and the fact that Liam peeked at Cathy in the dressing room.
But it's just a guess like any other at this point, we are a bit in the dark with this event.

For reference the extract of the dialogues here
