Per the definition for B.S.S, The only jealousy displayed by Dylan was with Sam, Darnell, and The Hobos. The jealousy only happens when you choose the Non-Cuckold routes, which stop Sophia from being with others. So B.S.S doesn't apply here.

I suppose it depends on the event whether he can translate the one or the other faster. Sophia/Nathalie and Ellie/Dylan and also Kathy/Andy will probably be easier to translate than the second part with Sam. With him, he has interpreted the past events very emotionally.
