We'll see tomorrow. Today he finished rendering so the correct % in a full day of PP should be around 25-30%.

Now now, Don't have to overestimate him. If he started with 15 it will most likely remain 15 till the end. A very rare chance you will even see 20. Atleast I highly doubt 25-30 will ever be reached.
6 days minimum for P&T. 8 days maximum is my opinion.

Don't forget that this is 1/10th of a PD, not 1/3rd as in the previous update. Like ViperDonkey said, it should be more like 25-30% per day considering the(likely) much lower render count.
15% would be reasonable though if this update has more renders than expected. I guess we'll see.
The only good thing about the update is that the file size will be small and it will be uploaded to multiple servers faster.
L&P had an output of exactly 100 renders per day in the last update so it's easy to do the math for this update that should have between 300 and 500 renders.

Without having L&P's files, it's impossible to say. With his files though, it would be stupidly easy. The best we could manage would be a rough guess.
EDIT:
There's a DAZ plug-in that will tell you. That's what I used to determine that I think Sophia's boobs are more like 36J than 36DD

He said that he (his part) should be finished by mid-February. However, so even if it reaches 100%, there's still the addon part, and he doesn't know how long it would take cause it depends on the other guy. He's considering starting the work on 0.160 as soon it reaches 100% while the other guy works to release 0.155.

This is at least a bit (Miniscule) amount of hope he will improve rate in part 2 of 10. However, if this great addition ends up being a further slowdown then it will be another fail. Compounding previous bad management. As someone stated earlier, I would be very happy with his original (Still superior to most) artwork if he was producing at a rate where we will have a reasonably chance to finish the VN. This is now rapidly moving to unsustainable if his "special addition' delays 1/10th releases to slower than 1/3rd releases. Not getting positive vibes!

I feel like Lp is willing to take a time hit know matter what as long as he gives people a non Liam sex scene. And he did say sex with major characters in so many playable days. But at the very bottom he did say all other sexaul practices will happen from now and then. Maybe the way out of Adien's task is for Sophia to give Andre a bj he is a minor character and it's a sexual practice but not actually sex.

Anyways, the fact that he will move to the next scene is atleast a positive news. Seriously what is this helper guys work.
Why would a pro be slow, Unless he just helps part-time or the work is just too much.
