As I wrote in several posts over time on the topic, what we see here with the Aiden meeting (and the complications some assume to see)is that L&P knows he has to speed up development, since there was enough grumbling even among his hardcore fans he recognises that he is close to the border what he can artificial slowing down.
So now he has to speed up, but neither he nor his main storylines are advanced enough for this. I am rather sure that the teaser pics we saw were planned for the "corruption/filthy path" only, where a slowly becoming wilder Sophia likes to tease and show off, got off on "voyeuring" the threesome at school, looks forward to the triple date, etc.
I theorise there were renders planned specifically for the "good wife" or "neutral wife" paths, where Sophia would either wear something completely different (e.g. trousers or skirted trousers) or would have second thoughts and having a chat with Aiden from a longer distance. But that would mean a lot more renders to be made, which L&P cannot do with his glacial pacing anymore.
So I think he just made the "corruption path" renders (wich is the most popular path) and more or less force-attaches the stories for neutral and good wife onto it. Hence the problems seen be some, since the pics were in the beginning only meant for wild Sophia, but now must fill up the gaps in the other paths.

The problem I have with this are twofold: first, I don't consider the metadata attached to a thread on a pirate-porn site to be definitive proof of anything and, "extortion" is the blanket term, blackmail is in the subset and specific to revealing compromising information and not at all part of Aiden's racket.
But enough of this tit-for-tat, am I mistaken or are there zero pigeons in either of the teasers?

You are right. It's all semantics really. "Blackmail" and "Extortion" are basically interchangeable terms to most people, but f95 put "blackmail" as the blanket term and not extortion mistakenly. It doesn't really matter as they both serve the same effect. It is like arguing over the caliber of a bullet that shot someone in the head. "It was a 45!" "No it was a 357!" "No it was a buckshot!" well... Doesn't really matter his brains are splattered over there either way.
The teasers... I like that Sophia is back to that spot where the 10 tasks began.
What I dislike is I already know 100% she is not going to have sex in that scene. As L&P said Male / female sex scene with Sophia will not happen for 4 more days in game.
At current rate of development 4 days in game is a monumental amount of time. We are looking at greater than 1 year per in game day and probably closer to two...
I got a niece in first grade. Odds are she will be in high school by the time someone bangs Sophia.

This update is trending towards a May 23 release, somewhere between five and six weeks from the date L&P first posted the progress graphic (4 x 0%) on April 16.

Actually we don't even know if Sophia is being part of those sex scenes. The only information we have currently is that there are supposed to be sex scenes from day 16 to...day 20 I believe was the post on Patreon, with "important" characters. Thing is, with the current pace it could easily take up to 6 years reaching only the beginning of day 16, and somewhere around 14-16 years to reach the beginning of day 20. Not very likely that the game is still being worked on in 6 years, and much less likely 16 years. I don't really see this project ever reaching an actual sex scene with Sophia unless L&P is somehow speeding up the development process.

That's why I prefer the albeit shorter movie with Ellie and Paticia. Far more action, with no filler.
Just have to wait an inordinate time for the next scene
What if the "extra" people showing up at Sophia's meeting with Aiden are (unknowingly?) the Morello "representitives"?
Guys, I believe I have read somewhere that L&P is detail oriented and pretends to be very smart? How the fuck did he not calculate that a year to complete what - 2-3 days and its even slower now? A perfectionist w/o the urge to complete his work? I believe this is a strong argument that he is indeed a money milker.
