Renders are A++, humor is good but I dislike them in porn games. It's only 0.2 I know but the way story progresses it will be a protracted one and we won't be seeing any sex scenes with the main LIs anytime soon. Hopefully I'm wrong though.
If we're talking main LI, one is soon, one is not so soon and the last kinda far.

Hey Mundo, just curious and wanted to ask, would you say that this game is going to be very big?
cause im kinda hoping it is, like as in very long play time when it will all be finished.
really dont want this to end in like an year or 2 etc
To be honest at this point I don't really know, I'm bad at estimating, on paper 0.2 was supposed to be 0.2, upcoming 0.3 and a little of 0.4. And I thought that I could do it all in 0.2 release.
That being said, I'm not a fan of stretching games. There is a story in the game and like any other it has to end sometime.
It's not like one of those games which have a setting that allows for a very long playtime.
Just a note, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3....etc are just numerical values, that doesn't mean that the game will end in 1.0. I think it might go over 1.0, but again, I'm bad at estimating.

Mundo Games would you consider implementing pregnancy for the mom charachter rather early in the game story or near the middle of the story arc, to the game, having the mom charachter rear MCs children as part of the main story.

That would double the workload for the dev because some won't want it and it would require twice the amount of renders each update.

If you later manage to create an end that doesn't feel like " fuck it, i don't feel like it anymore", you can create a masterpiece with what you are doing.
