passible with cheats and only if you don't alter any npc's (found that out the hard way)
...other than that only barely if you don't mind the constant micromanage that would still lead your character to suicide before long by the very mechanics.

Looking over the game quickly, I'm conflicted about going in for an earnest try. Production quality seems pretty high, but I don't usually go for lots of micromanaging. How complicated is playing the game w/out fucking yourself over unintentionally?
Quality isn't very high, but effort is. They seem to think that "lines of code" is an accurate measurement, but I don't see where that code is hidden; at least it feels overcomplicated and thus very bug-prone. I played several versions over the last two years or so, and any version I tried had major bugs despite being "thoroughly tested". Content is mostly in the integrated manual it seems, I have not seen more than about 5% of the claimed content in-game, but a whole lot of content in the integrated wiki. I never managed to intentionally survive, even with cheating, and I had to cheat multiple times per game-day to not get depressed and commit suicide; the whole game acts against you, and while working and driving to/from it already takes a major part of the day, you have barely time to do any of the necessary micro-management to keep your apartment afloat. And there's a lot of actually mandatory micro-management, it's not like you can configure any detail, but you need to perform any of these, i.e. in the sense of "brush your teeth" against "open the cupboard, take the brush, wash it, put it in your mouth, move up, move down, ...".
Being a "life sim" (or sort of), I hoped for some freedom, exploring the world, but you don't have any time for that. Unless it's the goal to be a life sim about someone who likes to be constrained by all that can happen.

Much obliged for the in depth reply. Yeah this doesn't sound like my kind of game. Kind of a shame since it seems to tick more than a few boxes for me fetish wise, but having to babysit the world's most fragile human through every minutia of their life sounds like hell.

It's fairly accurate lifesim in one aspect - constantly depressed and then randomly you die.
To be fair that sounds like the year I had.

in theory yes, but the core systems aren't all that engaging and html is a messy thing to use for the "sim" like level thaum is shooting for
also, sex system is still completely broken, NPCs still stand in place and wait for you to engage and make all decisions
I've had good success not being close to being doomed by going for the easy difficulty, most traits that lower how much companionship you require, and going to see the therapist once a week. Also drinking water is a pretty good non-cheaty way to keep your character happy.
The forced need to hookup with random NPCs is probably one of the worst aspects of this game imo. I'd love for there to be more actual love interests like Lilly, or other interactable NPCs, friends and such.
Now to see if the Hucow content is actually available, or it's still the same random cutscenes while being a farmhand/getting absurd lactation stats and just manually pumping/selling your milk 24/7.

On the first glance this is NewLife on steroids... when you actually play it, you understand that this is actually NewLife on performance decreasing drugs.

Enviroment effects my ass. Also huge amount of micromanagement, and I can enjoy micromanagement in my porn games, but theres no much logic behind it.

Ive been watching this game for so long and it seems like it has everything I want: pregnancy, interesting scnarios, etc. and despite all the bugs I always come back to it. Ive seen a lot of improvement in this game and its gotten better, but I swear to god I also seem to die out of nowhere. First it was having to manage a companionship and mental health which would lead me to suicide after an hour worth of playing. Now i just die out of nowhere. Im pretty sure its because my character has a lot of fertility stuff and i get pregnant with 15 babies, but its still annoying, especially when im working for the company that impregnantes you. You would think there would be something there to present that and yet i die out of nowhere. I love this game but hate it at the same time. Its good but sometimes it feels like its a bit too ambitious. Regardless I hope it gets better.

The game works if you do the maid job rather than the lab job (fewer hours) and supplement income with some prostitution. There are some fun random events, and the dev's humorous approach to things adds a lot of spice.
The sex game, though, gets tiresome fast, and you need to engage in sex to stay happy. Overall, the game is worth dabbling in, but it's too much like work to keep at it for more than four or five game weeks.

Possible, yeah, but insanely tedious unless someone cares enough to write a script for it (I don't). They're just text files holding base64 representations of nearly all the gifs and images. A handful of banners and videos exist as conventional media files though.
