So you are saying that being stalked by nurse who is obsessed over a week, works in two different sections of a hospital so she can kill your best friend with bad drugs, is invisible inside your house and has time to stalk and take pictures everywhere player goes... at all times without noticing her at all is an experience to go through? Not realistic. I also said that yes nurses that kill exist... but they are not normal. One, others can have opinion. I never said they can not. But the realism part I do not agree with. And it is a place to discuss. I and every other person who comes to talk about not liking the game starts with liking first chapters. With problems game was written well. Why so many talk about it here probably two reasons. The quality is much worse in forced drama parts than in regular parts. And if something that you liked thought was best writing seen on porn game turns to garbage... it is more annoyed than when it is bad from the beginning. If Mr. Dots made a dark twist in DmD, I would laugh. Many other dark games are done well, have sad moments and do not cause problems. In this game, darkness was always worst part... and worst part took over the game.Phair Enouf.
On the other hand, it's also possible that you're focusing on the specificity of the events/content and not the overall theme - which is - some people are bad. Some people are messed up. Sometimes horrible shit happens to the best of people. Not all endings are happy rainbows and unicorns. That I believe (at least it is for me) is what is being inferred with the comments of there being "reality" mixed in (vs just all happy fantasy). Arguing that bad shit does happen in real life - but not that bad shit is perhaps splitting hairs.
You're certainly entitled to feel differently about the story and development. I do not begrudge you or anyone else for their opinion on this matter. I have a very rare super-power you see. I have the ability to consider another's opinion without it infringing on my own.
And I am sure you wince when you watch any of the million shows about hospitals because you see all the errors/mistakes they make as well. It's all creative license. If you want facts, watch a good documentary on PBS or BBC.

I did not saying that AL is the most unrealistic story in adult games. I said Leah, is the most forced. Also a joke that people do not understand it seems. Why do I say it is forced? Because entire story musts be relied on Leah. If Leah does not work, entire of drama falls to nothing. And for Leah to work, entire belief in world must falls apart. Using of twist and secret of Leah asks player to look back at story for hints... and when looking at story it makes no sense. That is one issue... what about dozen other problems with Leah Twist? In medical or police television there are errors but they make sense within show itself and become close enough to the real world to suspend disbelief. If it was only the chemotherapy error than discussion would not even happen in this regard.
Continue to move positions. It is real... no wait... it is not real... but don't expect sense because Pink is first time writer. I have no expectings that this will change mind of Pink... but one thing common in games that try for darkness is to go too far without setting up or think that just adding dark is enough. Maybe they can learn from mistakes of others.
I loved both the hilarious scenes and the dramatic ones. The ending portion of this game grows progressively darker, and frankly, I like it. I'm just afraid Dr. will suddenly do a 180º and be like "it was all a dream!!!! everything is well!!!"Oh man, what a ride of emotions. I must say the consequences, writing and render is brilliant. It is comedic as well. At some moments I really laughed my ass off.
I do recommend it to everyone, it's really well done.
Multiple saves don't make it so you can save both of them. All that does is give you one save where you save one, and one save where you save the other. The one you didn't save will still be dead in each save.
It's the limitations of the game. With multiple saves you can play each route through to the end. I said it before and I will say it again, having both girls date the MC simultaneously was not a sustainable situation. Someone was going to get badly hurt in the end. This actually was a somewhat humane way of preventing the inevitable emotional heartbreak that would have occurred.
