I would not trust Meghan cause I find it absurd for a girl to go to the house of someone she met the same day
I would not trust Melissa, because I would have low regard for a girl who immediately tries with a guy who is introduced to her by her best friend
I would not trust Rena as it is evident how she acts out of envy towards Meghan
I would not trust Liam because first he is too crazy and after too much thought of his situation. I would not get the "cum slut" tattoo for anyone
I would probably trust Leah and end up wrapped up in a closet

There's a difference between understanding why a person did something and justifying her actions. All the other guys have said that this was a shitty move from her and that they wouldn't forgive something like that. They just understand the reasons she gives, because some people are just that way, not everybody is able to think 'right' and do righteous and rational things all the time. Then years passed and the feelings they shared could spark again when they meet again and talk, even if it's a trap set by her. That happens. Couples forgive all kind of errors all the time (not every couple, but I'm sure this exact situation happens lots of times and maybe more couples than you could imagine are able to look past it and keep going). Some people are able to forgive everything for love, some people are willing to close their eyes, swallow their pride and 'forget' what happened because, in the end, they are still happier with that other person than without him/her. DPC gives the player that option. But it's just that, an alternative path in a lewd game, you shouldn't read so much from it.

And, personally, I don't like people who are so certain about their own beliefs that aren't able to relate or understand why others could think or act differently facing the same situations. Many of those people probably thought they have strong beliefs too, maybe even the same you have... until they faced that situation. You don't really know yourself until you are on edge.

Despite the issues raised in the preceding spoiler, this is still a very high quality game. It has flaws not the least of which is the developer's view of how lifelong friends should treat each other, but well worth playing. My advice is to give yourself some space and come back after a break and play the game to its various ultimate conclusions. Once you're prepared for the inevitable unfairness of the situation, there remains a lot of value in the play.

This is the first adult VN I've ever played and I loved everything about it. As someone who stumbled on a random recommendation and played this blind with no idea of what to expect, I'm blown away and I'll never forget it. I can see how some people would be upset by the later episodes and choices not playing out the way they hoped but I think the developer did a great job telling the story they wanted to tell and it's an amazing experience if you accept it for what it is. I'm looking forward to playing Being A DIK as I've heard it's much better but I'm so glad I played Acting Lessons first and I'll follow and support anything DPC does after playing this.
