He did link give the link the RPG Maker Help Section. Nearly every RPG Maker game (since most use the version that doesn't include the RTP with game) requires that you have the appropriate run times installed. It's something that gets asked again and again, so much so there is an entire thread called RPG Maker Help Section which will show up with a quick search. In fact a quick search and people would have their answers and be playing faster than writing a post, waiting for a response.

There is no RTP link it the Page 1 header --- None.

Just Goggled 'Open RTP Files' and got this _ maybe a link to the RTP in the header would be a plus _ Here is the link to the Runtime file needed to play the game-
