There are two walkthroughs. A very basic one provided by the dev himself which is always included within the download and the very detailed one made by blupblup.
As always 15-22 days from the previous if the developer keeps up the pace

I get told to go to Neal, but nothing happens. No options to talk. I did not use Nenad's save as i never played version 12.. any has vs12 Nenad's save available for me?
There is your answer as to why you can't speak to Neal. Use the provided saves and use the options to start with v012 (click on v011 of the path you want).
