Weird exe says 0.13 fix but after loading the game it states 0.14.

Yes it works. Exe still says 0.13 fix but after loading it says 0.14 and correct save location is created and I am getting an updated quest after loading previous save.

Now we can collect 65 dolls, 14 lingerie for example.

After you start the game there is a big warning that old saves won't work. It seems to be true so you should use the savegame folder provided. Without it I couldn't talk to mom about going to Maria(incest path) using the saves provided (which includes all dolls etc of the 0.13) I can continue.

Yup the updates keep getting smaller and smaller. But don't get me wrong this is still one of my favorite games. At least this game gets updates.
