Firstly, thank you for all of the work in bringing this to the masses. I'm a bit confused about how to download the current pack. If I already have the previous pack, what do I download for the update? Do I use one of the links "updater"?

You need the newer InitSetting.exe. Check the earlier post by ScrewThisNoise for downloads:

If you have trouble starting the game, start the game once through the launcher (InitSetting.exe), this will check for errors and fix them as well before starting the game.

As of R2.3 you can update the sideloader modpack (clothing mods etc) from the launcher. Just press the icon in the lower left corner of the launcher with the arrow to check for updates. I'm updating that more often than the main pack, so should get some updates there every so often

I don't recommend just extracting this over another repack, due to potential conflicts. Please extract this to its own folder and move over your chara, cap, studio and save folders.

If you wish to convert this pack into a vanilla pack, there is a included script named '[BR] Vanillify the game.bat' that gives you the following options:
1. Remove only translation, leaving the rest of the mods intact
2. Remove all BetterRapack Extras
4. Remove all BetterRepack Extras, mods and translation
Feel free to use this script to customize your install, but keep in mind that using this may make the game incompatible with future repack updates, requiring you to download the next repack in full!

As some of you have noticed, downloading content from the in-game downloader is quite the unstable experience. In order to offer multiple venues to aquire cards, I've acquired all available scene and card content on the official uploader (normaly only available from Japanese IPs) so that you may grab some of that content if you desire

i like the studio very much. i´d wish the game itself would be better..... like dating the girl, or let her work for you, or force her to fight, or capture her (she is an assassin/ninja and has to kill you) and torture and humiliate her, tie her up and force her to cum until she begs you to stop and reveals the person who was sending her...... for exemple.
maybe not everyones cup of tea, but i think this game is kind of boring but wit great potential

1.- Is there a way to build large house without gap?
2.- How are you dealing with lightning, is there a way to hide their use icon, they are usable from way too far.
3.- Is it possible to make a wall mod? adding a wall of 9bloc would make most house without gap.

can someone help me? my game only run up to the title window, after that, if i chose make character, play the game, its crash. studio crash when run.

When I use clothes overlays they work fine for a while but with time they change back to original. It's probably caused by dressers when they change clothes because it does not happen with skin overlays. Does anyone know a solution except removing all clothes baskets and dressers on housing island?

You got Emotion Creators for that.

Emotion Creators uses the same art style as Koikatsu, only Studio Neo 2 provided with Ai Shoujo uses the Ai Shoujo art style. As for the stuff he talked about for the main game, even if Emotion Creators used the same art style, it is a scene rendering program, not a game. You would only be able to create scenes with those things, you would not be able to use them in game as an actual gameplay element as Honey_ said he'd like to see.

Just use Better Repack, all DLC are included once ScrewThisNoise gets a chance to add them. All current DLC are in at this time, only unreleased DLC remain and I'm sure there is more coming.

Trying to get a handle on what you mean...

1. Yes. Unsure what you mean by a gap, but if you cannot figure out how to place the wall pieces together, which is basically all full walls go with framed floors, ceilings, and roofs, while all partition walls either are used with the partial rooms or the room frames (four corner posts, ceiling, and floor). They aren't interchangeable. However, in the [Optional]Mods>Scripts folder you will find the "IgnoreOverlap" and "BuildAnyWhere" cs scripts which you move to the GameRootFolder>scripts folder and restart. Now you can place pieces outside the grid and they can overlap one another, but if it goes more than 1-2 spaces you may get some little graphics artifacts blipping colors. Which is more evident in builder than in the game.

2. Unsure what you mean here. I believe you mean that the lighting icons are getting in your way when trying to interact with things? If so use the center mouse button and roll it up and down to cycle through potential targets to interact with. You could also find the model reference in AssemblyCSharp.dll with DNSpy (mod tools folder), make a copy of your AssemblyCsharp.dll, change the value from 5.0 to say 2.0 (measurement in game meters) using "EditClassC#" then save the changes. NOTE: you will need to be directly under the light to interact with it. Create a zipmod with the edited DLL file and drop it into your mods>sideloader modpack file. (alternately you could note the reference calls here and write a little Csharp script in MS VS 2019 or Notepad++ then drop that in your GameRootFolder>scripts)

3. Yes, (see the Modding forum for my write up on SB3UGs model extraction), select the wall you would like to modify, extract the model as FBX, change the size in Blender or 3D soft of your choice, then use SB3UGs to recompile the assets. In the mod tools folder find the zipmod program and create a zipmod, then move the zipmod to your RootGame>mods>sideloader modpack folder. Restart and test.

Oh are you talking about one of Xathu's custom models? I think he/she makes their own overlays, sorry I misunderstood your request.
