What has changed with this for it to have a recent update?
Probably just updating the OP links, which as far as I know still had not been since Better Repack 3.2 was released and then there was Better Repack 4 recently as well.
It is English MTL with an official translation currently undergoing adaptation to the repack.

That depends, did you have to place her in a bed after finding her collapsed somewhere? If so, she will be there for a while.
I think they will if they get very tired, if you haven't slept for a while she might have copied you.

Salutations after using WinRar to unzip all 10 files, I only have a file called "ScrewThisNoise_AI-Shoujo_R4_MEGA7z" there is no "InitSetting.exe" file. I used Mega for the download. The file size is 33.4 gigs, so I think its all there. Thank you.
It's a 7z file, but the dot is missing. Put a dot in front of the 7z and then extract it.

Hit the star section in the build menu, that should display everything.

The Steam release has less because this has the DLCs.
i'm using one of those and have had similar issues. the whole thing collapses down instead of going inside of her all the way, mouth and vag same issue.
That's the point, they are telescopic so that they don't go through the girl.
