Alt+Enter is supposed to make it fullscreen, same with F5.
That said there is a hidden file you can try to change the settings on to make it fit your setup.

I could be wrong since I haven't been following this game for a long time. Considering the game is almost done ( I guess) and there are DLCs coming along with a steam release. I would say you are waiting about 1-2 years then lol I think their updates are 2-3 months as well.
I don't know what this update is today but I am glad to see at least some porn games like Adelaide Inn and this game getting updates finally.

It's been a while since the last update (laughs) I love this game, I see a lot of time that bestiality would have in the gallery. and I always wondered when I would enter. apparently at 1.05 it gets hot. great art work ♥♥♥

The game now gets monthly updates, but none leaked it here for a while
While the last patch here was the halloween one ( end of october), they released a patch before christmas and another at the end of January, with the next one coming at the end of February!

Im not sure if a solution to this was already put but I am unable to move after starting a new game. My character moves to the left and gets stuck. Additionally when I go to the menu screen Only the down and right arrow key responds, I can not move up or use the left key to adjust any sliders. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!

How is it possible that this question still keeps creeping out?
In the OP there is info on how to unlock full gallery.
The last patches are free roam stuff so there is no story progression either.
And finally to top it all off the version have saves included in folder "saves for 1.04" . (unless uploader removed them for whatever reason).
so...

because i change my pc with all the save and the ''saves for 1.04'' is not complete , so when u dont know dont speak for nothing and i dont want to unlock the gallery i want to play the game

Don't really make to much sense to just ask for a save - You need to be more specific of what you want because of the way this game branches out - That said it makes little sense IMO to get a save midway through a route and miss all that content & story.
The best I get get you is a day10 save(which I have attached down below) - Where a lot of the routes spread out and start from + a link to the flowchart for all routes so you can find out what you wanna play -> Guide
I'm having the exact same issue even after reinstalling in a clean folder doesn't matter whether its new game or a save
