who told that 1.0 has to be the final one? And also who told you that there can't be a version 0.130 or 0.264? (0.200 is not 0.2 !!! we are talking about versionning and NOT about mathematics - just saying).1.0 will be the completed version? So only 4 more update?
Just curious, show me an update where 0.200 is not 0.2... it's not mathematics, it's logics.who told that 1.0 has to be the final one? And also who told you that there can't be a version 0.130 or 0.264? (0.200 is not 0.2 !!! we are talking about versionning and NOT about mathematics - just saying).
You guys really should stop assuming things and stay on facts (not only here but also in general).
Other games call the 2nd update as v2.0, and patches/fixes as v2.1 and so on - you can't always say 1.0 is final
i see you have NO clue about software versionning dude - no reason to argue with youJust curious, show me an update where 0.200 is not 0.2... it's not mathematics, it's logics.
Also... 1.0 > 0.96 > 0.264 > 0.130. I think you meant 1.130, and above 0.201 or 0.2b not being 0.2
(but 0.200 will always be 0.2)
so... no example? got iti see you have NO clue about software versionning dude - no reason to argue with you

That said this is for real software updates. I doubt most porn game creators know/care about stuff like this. A lot of them had 0 prior experience and learnt programming only to develop their games.
if you are really that dumb and need an example:so... no example? got it
My own payroll software, developed by me, has been 0.1, 0.2, 0.2b, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 0.9, 0.9.5, 0.10, 0.12, and so on.so... no example? got it
Nope, DAZ Studio 4.9 is an older version than DAZ Studio 4.15, because 15 is greater than 9 (their words).Just curious, show me an update where 0.200 is not 0.2... it's not mathematics, it's logics.

Ouch!Nope, DAZ Studio 4.9 is an older version than DAZ Studio 4.15, because 15 is greater than 9 (their words).
This shitty logic is following the program everywhere, so the largest difficulty in creating visuals for VNs is in trying to get used to their flavor of logic... when you do, the program is exceedingly easy to use, but until then, prepare for a bumpy ride, the learning curve is STEEP!Ouch!
Thank you, I actually wanted a genuine explanation and "not numbers, but labels" fits the bill in just 4 words. My own payroll software, developed by me, has been 0.1, 0.2, 0.2b, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 0.9, 0.9.5, 0.10, 0.12, and so on.
Like Hyperserver said, versions are not numbers. There are more like labels.
