I'll agree with all of that except Tanya looks all kinds of skanky
If MC wasn't dating Boris' daughter he probably would have said "Have at her."
I think Boris has the funniest expressions, especially where Alexandra is involved. 
I also like the dev's use of the empty dialogue - just a couple of dots - to indicate that the character doesn't know what to say.

If there from the sandbox game then yes they will no longer work and you should start again in the none sandbox game.
The story is a little different now than in the sandbox and a new playthrough is highly recommended.

She is ok with it for at least her girlfriend because she tells her to fuck MC.
As for any others I have no idea because I am trying to do only Alexandra story.
