Don't think so.
It's just the epilogues left. But I don't think I can finish in one month.

There probably were several updates in between, but it looks like they decided not to release them to players. But, of course, versioning is hardly exact typically, so who knows?

It's 99 to 100, the last number is usually the patch level and does not indicate any updates, just bug fixes.
If you check the changelog on page 1 you will notice that the last number is not even mentioned (apart from the changelog being utterly incomplete).

Let's just be glad they didn't have to release 10 patches to get version 99 as good as bug free.
