I love it, did you even look at our work before typing this, because there is simply no way you would of said this if you've actually looked at our work, we've been at this since December, and I've been promoting our work since then. We don't have followers for no reason. Are team is working for free at the moment because we simply don't make enough to pay anyone. Before you assume anything at all, I suggest you do some research, I bet you never even looked at my profile, or Subscribestar account to even verify, gosh I love trolls, please keep them coming, but that won't stop us from working on this project. Also fun fact, we started this as a passion project because we wanted it to continue.

I shouldn't even need to explain myself to you, because this was a waste of my time. But I rather you not confuse people, with your false accusations. Please research before you sprout nonsense, because to the people who know what's going on, you look really stupid right now. Have a nice day, hopefully, there's no more confusion.

"zero proof pretending." - By this definition that would mean I have no evidence, I wonder where did that cover art come from?

"Oh yeah, that definitely doesn't smell like a scam at all." - This is coming from someone who has no I information, don't pay attention to him because he's simply lost.

"We're broke but we're totally gonna do a ton of work, just pay us now, trust me bro" - Well this is true, we never got paid for any of the work yet, despite having a monthly subscribing on SUBSCRIBESTAR. The money we did make, goes to the games production, we don't make enough to pay ourselves, which is something I'm pretty transparent about.

Also in order to make a subscribestar they have to verify you, meaning the people that run the site are careful who they allow to be a creator on their site, so it's not like a Patreon at all. I had to prove to them that I am legit. otherwise I wouldn't have the account in the first place.

Last thing, Just look at my page, and my subscribestar, I have no beef with anyone I've been saying this since I've joined this site. My team and I are remaking the game from scratch. If you want to game to continue please support us.
Defending yourself on a pirate website is pointless. Your duty first and foremost duty is to make what you vowed to make and asked people's money to make that a reality. Don't come back here, just work on your stuff and provide updates to your patreons/paying members.

I'll keep this short and sweet. Raising valid points you made and tell you something you should already know if you've been around the English H scene for the last 4 years.

Paragraph 1 - "We don't have followers for no reason." Mate, every milking scheme seen, every abandoned game has followers. Looking at your profile and especially your subscribestar does not validate your legitimacy. As again, a lot of milking schemes have those. Your fun fact is literally how 98% of H games start. You do bring up one good point though, if you have a team doing this instead of one person you will need to pay them. But people are going to naturally see you as suspect, even I who has known about you trying to do a remake isn't going to automatically join because of how often scammers appear in the English H world, not a troll but a disbeliever made by your predecessors.

2nd - I know yet I don't fully trust you, though you are right. The one with the burden of proof is the one making accusations. Until they are proven, they are pretty much the same as being false.

3rd - This is correct. The cover is proof that some work has been done. However playing the game is definite proof, though as I said in the 2nd the burden of proof lies on the accusers. But if you wish to reassure those in disbelief, that lies on you.

4th - You should have kept this one out. Telling someone not to listen to someone makes you look sketchy even if you're not trying to be. Tell them instead to seek the information for themselves or provide that information for them.

5th - What started as a passion project has become a business, this is the tightrope H game with subscribing models walk. Fall to the left and become a milking scam or fall to the right and you lose interest because the money you expected wasn't there. It's hard to stay on the straight and narrow. Maybe your team can do it, maybe you can't, we have examples of both on this very site and sadly most can't.

6th - This is truth with falsehood. There are plenty of milkers who use subscribestar but yes you do have to have something to show. Scam? Probably not, even if you stop partway through if you have something then you didn't scam anyone. Milking scheme? Only time can tell on that one. I'll personally prefer to just buy outright your finished product but that's not what you're going for so yeah.

7th - "If you want the game to continue, please support us" Perfectly within your rights to do so but sounds more like you're holding the game ransom instead of seeking funds to legitimately complete it. Be careful how you phrase stuff. Don't let this become a ForevDev game.

Well I was half right, it wasn't exactly short.
I agree with this, I just got annoyed at the individual not knowing anything and just making assumptions. But you are wrong, The Subscribestar is the my proof, I'm not gonna just post everything my team and I has done for everyone to see, because were doing a lot for this game. I recommend really looking at my profile and reading what I've been saying for months now. I've shown proof of progress many times, I even have a progress bar. As far as holding the game for ransom until people pay is far from what were doing, For making a video game, a good one a that simply takes alot of funding and time. We need to pay for animations, scripts, storyboarding, coding, coloring, shading, in-between animation, promotions, ect that's only the small amounts. Were working for a Manga for the game, the game itself, webtoon, and were not doing the same as the other game, The new version of this game is being remade from scratch so the story is different, more characters, many more mechanics ect. I'm new to game development and also new to this hentai thing. I just happen to really enjoy the original game, and wanted it to continue.

They're not even hiding it's scam anymore. Just slapped "REBORN" in title and doing the same shit all over again from the beginning but in Unity. Just end me.
Instead of arguing with me, take a look at my free profile and read all my posts about this game. Then come back with your evidence. I'm 100% transparent, so for you to just say "fool me once" makes no sense because I wasn't involved in the first game's development.

fool us once, shame on you. fool us twice, shame on us.

how about you make some progress first and come to us with an improved product.
My good sir, please take a look at my profile and forums, where you will find plenty of evidence, along with the manga cover art I have posted. I have ample proof on this site to support this information.

My reason for posting this is simple. The majority of this fanbase is unaware that the game is back in development. Your reactions show that you may think it's a scam, but the way you are approaching me is excessive. Please take a look at my profile and Subscribestar for evidence. If you do not trust my Subscribestar link, there is plenty of evidence on my profile here that you can find, including developer notices, progress bars, etc.

Everyone who accuses me of being a scammer and refuses to hear me out, pay attention. I harbor no ill will towards any of you, but you must refrain from jumping to conclusions. To those who argue that I lack evidence and am simply exploiting the situation, take a look at my Profile and my main thread, which is accessible for free. All the evidence you seek is there. My intention in reaching out to all of you was to inform you about the current state of the game. A large portion of the discord server and fanbase here are unaware that the game is back in development. The name "Alice Awakening Reborn" signifies that the game was previously abandoned and has now been revitalized, undergoing a complete overhaul. It will be a completely different game. This is why we are transitioning to Unity to introduce new mechanics and address game bugs and crashes. Also the game is getting a Manga which is being worked on right now, and the new game will be based on the Manga. So this game will actually have a story, 4 Volumes well technically 5 but yes. There is alot more but check my profile to see. I constantly update everyone who's aware. If you don't care and still think I'm a scammer then by all means do that. But if your skeptical at least watch me from the sidelines because I have some updates coming soon, the demo is looking really good now and the manga team is working faster now that we have an official manga artist on the team.

You read but you didn't quite understand.
Subscribestar is your proof? Did I not say a lot of milking schemes have that? I can throw you over 10 different projects that proves this point. Each one of those up to a certain point regularly updated their process and then either slowed down or stopped completely. Even with your proof of progress showing the past and what you're doing in the present, you can't guarantee the future. Your proof of not setting up a milking scheme is releasing a completed game and only that. You have proof of working yes but I never said you haven't been.

As far as holding the game for ransom, did you miss the part where I said "Be careful how you phrase things?" What you're trying to say doesn't mean anything, it's the image your words paint that matters. Your words can very much be taken that way thus I warned you about it. Only you know your intentions.

All that about video games and what it takes to make is immaterial. The customers/investors won't care. I even acknowledge that running a team does take money so what's the point of those 3 sentences? Also speaking for myself, I could careless about a manga for the game and even less about a webtoon I just want the game so if I was an investor all I'll be seeing is additional stuff taking time and resources away from the actual thing I'm investing into.

You're new to game development and this hentai thing? Take your own advice then, and put away some time to research into the English hentai community over the last 4-6 years. Not even a lot of work needs to be done just look at the number of abandoned titles that set up a subscription model either on Pateron and/or Subscribestar. You should get a feeling for why so many people are doubting you. Well, in theory you should.

None of that matters. Just keep working. And when you produce something, that alone is the strongest argument against nay sayers/haters. It will also give more attention to your work, thus more support hopefully for you. Arguing here however is a futile exercise, and a waste of your time, time you could have put into your work.

Just let this thread die.

I don't understand how this mediocre unfinished mess managed to get two spinoff games. Happy to see people here act with skepticism rather than blind faith hopefully it's a sign of people getting tired of devs doing the bare minimum while milking their Patreons.
Don't get me wrong though I liked the game which is why I follow the thread, can't really remember why it's been 2+ years after all but it had some unique charm to it.

I think you misunderstood, I read everything but inorder for the game to even come out, we need to promote our work if we just drop it when it's complete out of know where everyone would get confused and riot then claim I stole this game without out even having any proof. Also The Manga isn't just "additional work". I'm not sure if you know how video games or anime's are made or the development process and that's fine most customers are ignorant to that. To put it simply the Manga is two things, a blueprint for us the developers on the mapping of the games story and core mechanics and planning. Second entertainment of the game until the games release, this will take alot of time, so giving the fan base something to view until the games release will not only keep you update but also to give you something to anticipate until were done. I didn't say anything wrong, This was suppose to be a good thing so I'm concerned. Also I don't need to research anything I know what I'm doing your so quick to criticize but completely missed my entire point in notifying people about this. I'm sorry if you can't understand me and that's fine but weather you choose to support my team or not, were still gonna work on the game, I just wanted to let you all know what's to come.

I agree with you, but I needed to say something I didn't want to just drop demo's and mangas out of nowhere without letting the fanbase know what was going on. At least look at the AAR Threads I post so you can be up to date on what's going on.

Think the best thing you could do to prove to people of the work and and play of the game is to release say a "Demo" or even a first release for people to see and play. That way you'll get followers and donations

Didn't even asked the man if there's anything different just straight cutthroating lol. I'll bookmark this thread again since there's a possible continuation project and wait for a demo.

It's funny you claim transparency and having evidence while the "evidence" is one fanart, bunch of paywalled images and no exe.

And your "goals" are even funnier.
$1.5k for a demo that should be already here instead of pointless posts.
$10k for "visual novel with some basic simulation" (xD) and manga noone asked for.
$50k-$1kk (lol) "the best thing ever since invention of sliced bread and the second coming of Star Citizen"

I honestly encourage everyone to read those, it's the funniest shit I've seen this week, probably even month.

and at $1 million mark "extensive modding capabilities" (modding Unity games really takes 1 million in donations), "mobile compability" (when you can export it almost freely from editor), "toggle option for animations" and "toggle option for voice acting" (sweet Lord, can we get volume slider too? I'll pay!) and "no microtransations" (excuse me, what? :ROFLMAO:)

This is borderline AI generated slop or just complety tech-unaware buzzword soup. And every kind of merchandise, at this point why the hell not. Forever branching narrative, dozens of scenarions, NPCs shaping main story, your OCs (tm)(r)(do not steal) and I can play it with VR too? I can't believe it's not Cyberpunk yet.

Nah man. I mean, you wanted me to look at this "evidence" and I'm grateful I did, I hurt my sides laughing, but the only thing evident it's still the same scam. There is no fresh coat of painting, no hook, no nothing. "We're doing this from scratch, trust me bro!" but this time around with some manga guy being obnoxious and totally oblivious on forum. Some of us remember this scammer from ~10 years ago blogspot and his myxxxkin.

So go ahead, beg for money again.

It's truly sad, but once the demo comes out, that tone will change real quick, this game is much bigger then you think. I know what we offer, so go ahead and laugh. But were trying to build a studio, and those marks are goals we want to reach, if we get those goals we can do those things. But I guess you missed that too. I won't argue with you. At the end of the day, the game is gonna continue and it's not wrong for me to promote it. I wonder what will your reaction be when we reach all our goals and do everything, am I still or a scam or will you admit that your a judgemental fool. Only time will tell.

Ah, so until demo drops there is no evidence, I have just to "imagine". You make dozens of posts here shouting "evidence is right there" and poof, backpedalling to "give us money and imagine".
But please, do continue, I want to see that one million dollar visual novel demo. You can even imagine my reaction to it!

To me that looks definitely StickJump. Constant delay, nothing defined, similarish artwork, no updates for already 2 months on dl-site blogs. Considering also that it isn't a native japanese person (why would he publish there?) and isn't also native english. And also Stick had written in his patreon that he was working alone ( including art ) while you here are saying that there was another artist all along.

The account that posted here, has as nick 'EcchiSanGames'... Like StickJumpGames and like... Wait a sec HentakuGames? Never seen many h-games creator actually ending their name in 'games'.

Trying to do the triple scam now? Scamming japanese community (already getting around 50$ monthy sub in dlsite), scamming the people still paying for nothing (130$ for stickjumps patreon which hasn't posted for 3 years) and with this AI account you have around 250$ with patreon and subscribtester. And all this money with basically no work to show publicly except AI generated/badly drawn content.

Your tone of promise is also similarish to that of StickJump from his patreon where 3 years ago he was claiming to be working on a 2nd game that would be bigger than Skyrim. Here the message:

Soon I'll start posting teasers and screenshots of upcoming new game. It will be a HUGE game. No joke, it will be one of the most detailed and promising projects I've seen in H games industry.

You'll be amazed of how stunning this new project will be, so please, be in tune.

The Mastodon of H Indie games coming. And it's massive.

A lot of talented people involved in development. I spent thousands of hours making it, and thousands of dollars investings into this game, and all that thanks to you all.

There is no great and promising game possible if no support and money invested in it. YOU'RE making big and amazing projects, and no Skyrim or Witcher or World of Warcraft possible without people that invested into making it.
So there are mutiple scenarios:

- you 3 are the same people, scamming around the world, as i previously wrote
- stick and you are the same person and you are fueling hope to people with bad art (just look at that manga cover hand and feet), the artist actually went solo
- 3 different people which means the japanese page game might actually get released one day (no hope for your or sticks)
