Just that one Lewd that's locked (and "Back"). It's in the Afternoon time at a point where I'm pretty sure I've done everything I can in the present except give Olivia's badge to Lily.

(Sidenote, what game is Lily from? I know I recognize that name, but I haven't played any of ICC's older games a long time.)
