It is unlikely. He doesn’t live in Italy, and he isn’t old enough for it to affect him anyways. Under 1% mortality rate for young adults.

He’s also got a job people pay him monthly for. I’ve got a life too, but that doesn’t stop me from getting my work done, and I sure as hell don’t intentionally delay releasing it when it’s done.

They promise a good in return for money... That’s a job. Whether it’s his primary job, or secondary job, or just for fun, when you take other people’s money in exchange for a good, you now have a responsibility to provide said good OR refund people’s money.
