I can't say much about the game, as I just started playing it, but when I mute all sounds in a game and then incredibly loud and jarring sounds pop up several times, during the first minute that is already something that pisses me off, right at the start.
I get that sound is important for some people and that some sound effects are loud for a reason and that's fine, but the option to turn off sound must be there AND it must WORK.
That's such a basic, simple thing that I can't believe there are still devs who don't get it.
I mean, even when PCs had less hard disk space than a CD-rom, even back then you could turn off sound.
It's the absolute minimum to offer.

First of all, it looks nice graphically, especially the female part makes a big impression and I hope that there will be many interesting interactions with them. Unfortunately, the appearance of our main character falls, which should look more masculine. Also something could be used to do something with his face, because I have the impression that he was 10 years old. My cochlear implants are connected wirelessly to my PC, and even when I'm gaming, I have to have the volume down a bit low (25 on windows 10 volume control) for sound to be comfortable and not drowning out background sound. Every game I play, I have it on mute, because most games doesn't have sound except for certain moments, and it's startling when sound pops out. Plus, I've got kids wandering around, and sometimes they pop out at night for a glass of water, in which I need to be able to hear their doors creak open so I can minimize my f95 games..
When I have sound disabled, it should be disabled. That despite muting sound in the preference settings, and it happens anyway, leads me to believe that ren'py doesn't have the full control over media files.
Hopefully the game will allow me to assert my 'man of the house' status by telling Elaine to shut the fuck up or get the fuck out. Rarely does a game get me going like that, but damn, that brat needs to be put in her place. If she doesn't like living there, get.. a.. job.. and.. get.. the.. fuck.. out.

So first of all great praise to the developer for the 0.1 um 1.0 whatever.
The renderings are really great.
The story is not new at the moment but who knows what will come next.
I also like that this time the younger sister is not the naive idiot like in 99% of the other games but arrogant, bitchy and apparently also scheming and the older sister is apparently the more reasonable one at the moment.
How it will develop later remains to be seen.
We don't need to talk about the nurse, the mother, the older sister and the girlfriend, they just look stunning.
But there are also a few things that bother me personally ...
Give the Mc at least a pair of pants and a T-shirt when he is released!
