Find her book. Than, meet her on the rooftop after you finish Ryoko quest. Than meet her in bathroom.
Probably you can end up doing something out of order here that breaks it, because I've found her book, helped with her homework, done Ryuko's quest, and Hinata never moves from the bench in front of the school. All you can do is ask her how she's doing, or ask for her room number (which she declines).
After the night at the casino with Nami, I can't continue, is there no more content for now? or am I just stuck?

I have some items but if I select the sex related items they take away the points but I don't see anything!

You can get lvl4 only if you choose Nami or Hinata at the beginning, during bikini battle.
After casino you can still unlock Hinata or Nami rooms, interact win Yoruichi in club, Tatsumaki in bathroom and have sex with Nami on the beach
nice game be nice to have a console code or something to add affection points to some girls or an option to convert money into points

Why do all the damn girls look like they came from fucking One Piece? Sorry I'm not into that no waist shit and yet all the damn girls look like they have no damn waist not just the One Piece girls. The girls head like Ryoko is fucking larger than there entire torso because of that One Piece crap influence.
Game is a fail to me when their proportions are not correct for the girl. Looks like every girl went through a torture rack stretching them out giving them no torso or waist. It's awful I did not find any of these girls sexy they all look like damn toothpicks!

I guess that's cause there is a character from One Piece. XD
The rest look complete different, some of them have tiny waist, some of them dont (like Elza, Uraraka and slut)
ive unlocked Nami's room sex scenes but nothing appears and the game takes away my affection points

Sex scenes are not available this patch. Only service scenes. Sex scenes will be available next patch
